Unit 339 is a studio style condo featuring a kitchenette and full bath. The condo has two comfortable queen beds to accommodate 4 people. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and regular & Keurig style coffee maker. This condo has been recently remodeled and renovated to the coastal luxury style for a relaxing beach vacation.

When you’re ready to soak in that Florida sun, head out to the community pool. This spacious outdoor sanctuary is equipped with loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub! When you’re ready to get your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, jump on the resort tram and head over to Miramar Beach. In just a few minutes, you can float in the emerald sea and let your troubles wash away.

    This property is listed as beachfront & it is not beachfront at all. It is not even near the beach. The room had an awful smell. The walls were very thin. You could hear everything the neighbors said & did & everything from the hallway. There was no sink to wash the dishes or a kitchenette. And the room was very small.

    The room was cozy. We are a family of four. It was a lil tight moving around in the room for us but we have a 16 yr old and a 11 yr old. The bathroom was spacious, the tub was a good size . It was clean. Close to all the village has to offer. We’d def stay here again ! We book with My Vacation Haven often and we are never disappointed!!

    We had such a nice time staying at Market Street Inn 339 with My Vacation Haven! The room was so cute, and very conveniently located to the pool. The beds were so comfortable. The beach access and Baytowne Wharf area were great. We did have an incident where we lost power, but Danielle and Amy were so helpful and were able to resolve it extremely quickly. I really enjoyed staying here, and will definitely pick another My Vacation Haven spot next time I'm visiting the area!

    My brother and I roomed together in this efficiency. The place was clean and had what we needed: microwave/ frig/ toaster/ coffee maker(bring your own filters and coffee. Plenty of closet and drawer space.

    This is our 5th summer trip to Sandestin. We have always stayed in 1 or 2 bedroom condos, but since we were doing a shorter stay this trip we decided to trial a studio. First, the unit was very clean and truthfully was the nicest bathroom of all the units we’ve ever stayed at in Sandestin. It also was pool level and by the stairs which was great. The only drawback was the thin walls. In our previous 4 summers, we have never heard our neighbors. This year we could hear the neighboring room’s entire conversations and had to turn on white noise apps to help decrease the noise. We definitely would recommend unit for short stays.

    This Market Street Studio has so much to offer. Located on the 3rd floor, which is actually pool level, was the perfect location. It was very clean & newly remodeled. Two queen beds…very comfortable. A mini frig and coffee maker allowed us to enjoy coffee/breakfast in the room. When we were ready for fun or just a walk, it was all just steps away to the village. A BEAUTIFUL area for a relaxing vacation!
