If you and your group need more space on your next trip to the Gulf, come stay at Market Street Inn! Units 444 and 446 are separate rentals connected through a lockout style door. When combined, these units have 3 beds and sleep 8 comfortably making them a great option for multiple families and larger friend groups looking to have the space and privacy they need on vacation. Flooring was just replaced end of November, updated to new plank tile!

Unit 444 is the main living space featuring a full kitchen, 6-person dining area, and living room. With added seating at the breakfast bar, you can serve up to 9 people. This main living area also has in-unit laundry and a spacious balcony to soak in the Florida sun or a beautiful Gulf sunset. This unit features a master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for added comfort.

Next door, you’ll find unit 446. This bayside treasure is a studio rental featuring 2 queen beds a kitchenette for your convenience, and a full bath. No need to wake the entire group when you make your morning cup of joe! This added storage space gives you more room for beach snacks and leftovers.

When you’re ready to soak in that Florida sun, head downstairs to the community pool. This spacious outdoor sanctuary is equipped with loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub! When you’re ready to get your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, jump on the resort tram and head over to Miramar Beach. In just a few minutes, you can float in the emerald sea and let your troubles wash away.

    We enjoyed our condo and Baytowne Wharf. Great location, easy access to hyw, to the beach, and to activities in the Village. Our room was clean, spacious, and had felt like home. Highly recommend!

    This condo is in the perfect location. We were concerned that there would be loud music late at night, but it was so quiet.

    The condo is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The pillows could have been a little more comfortable - they were VERY flat. Additionally, the master bed was like 4.5 feet off the ground. I nearly needed a step ladder to get in bed! It was fine for us but an elderly person would def have an issue.

    Great place, great location! Clean home and comfortable beds! Everyone (7 ppl) had space and the balcony was so nice to just relax! Loved that The Village of Baytowne Wharf was right outside of the building to enjoy music , food, and activities without driving! Important to note, we were not at all disturbed by any noise! We loved it and will definitely stay again!

    The unit was exactly as described. When we arrived a representative was in the unit to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We also received little care boxes for the bathroom that contained Toiletries and one for the kitchen. The unit was very clean. I also loved how close we were to the village. Very nice being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the music and watch the fireworks.

    I could not have asked for a more perfect set up for our family vacation for 4. The space is perfect and the lockout was so cute for our girls. We truly loved everything about this rental. From the full kitchen to the beach closet. We loved it so much we are already talking about renting for next year.

    highly recommend. we just love the 2 bedroom condo 444/446 at marketstreet. our families 4th yr at sandestin cant wait to see the awesome white sand beach again. the condo has the best pool with both cool and hot tubs with large heated pool and the parking is great just a few steps into condo. at night the area is so fun with shops restaurants and even a dueling piano bar. also live music at town square and fireworks from the balcony or walk down to see them evrything is a little walk away from condos front entrance just a perfect location.

    Awesome time. We took a quick a short trip to refresh ourselves. This unit has everything you need. It is close enough to all the action of Market Street but far enough away for some rest and relaxation. Unit is comfortable and the balcony is an awesome place to watch the action or just sit back and enjoy your beverage. Great place we will be back!!
