One generous bedroom and bath are on the first floor, while the master bedroom and other guest accommodations are on the second floor, each with private bathrooms.     Nice location on the bay with great accommodations! Enjoyed golf, the beach, the Wharf, the Grand Boulevard, all reachable by golf cart! Great restaurants and shopping!

    962 has a beautiful view. The porch has 2 gliders that my mom spent a lot of time in while we were there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The 6 seater golf cart was very nice and we were able to use it and not have to get in our car while we were there.

    Very nice house, view of the bay was amazing!! Pool was so nice. Loved having the golf cart to drive everywhere!! We love this area, it's so great for kids!!

    We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to FL. The location on the bay was ideal. The kids were able to safely wade in the water and look for shells. The golf cart was a huge bonus to access the beach and several pools.

    The property was exactly what we were looking for! It fit 2 families nicely and even had a small beach that the kids loved. The golf cart use is a huge plus! A large pool is steps from this property.
