As soon as you walk inside, you’ll immediately be relaxed and ready for the beach! Enjoy the wood plank flooring, and the white, blue and gray color scheme that brings the beauty of the beach inside. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for you and your guests to whip up a meal or enjoy a quick snack. Gather around the dining table or take a seat at the breakfast bar while you enjoy your favorite foods and plan your vacation adventures with your guests. After a full day, head to the living room and plop down in front of the 60” flat screen TV – perfect for family movie night or catching up on your favorite shows. The TV has an upgraded cable sports package, also, so you and your guests can watch the big game! While you’re watching a movie or cheering on your favorite team, throw a bottle of wine or your favorite drink to chill in the wine fridge.

Soak in the beauty of Florida from the large balcony. Relax and enjoy the lush tropical resort landscaping from the outdoor living space. While you’re relaxing in the warm weather, make yourself a cocktail from the outdoor bar cart.

When it’s time to go to sleep, head to the master bedroom, complete with a large comfy king bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a marble topped double vanity and shower/tub combo. Your guests can get a peaceful night’s sleep in the pull-out double sleeper sofa in the living room. A second full bathroom includes a roll-in shower with handicap accessibility if needed.

After you and your guests are well-rested and relaxed, it’s time to have some fun! Head over to the large tropically landscaped pool area, including hot and cold spas and a BBQ grilling area, or get your workout in at the fitness center.     I extremely enjoyed this rental I visits Sandestin twice a year and I would certainly rent at this property again. I loved how it was close to Baytowne and came with the golf cart rental. We did have some charging issues but everyone was very attentive to getting th issue resolved. The cable went out but they immediately had the provider out to resolve the issue as well. I can’t speak enough on just how clean the place was which is very important to me and where I rent.

    The unit is in a great location at Baytowne Wharf area. we loved the golf cart, it had a Bluetooth music speaker and built-in night time lighting which looked really cool. The unit is great for two parents and two children. Might be small for for adults. The unit needs to install more hooks for things and towels, which there is clearly space on the wall for. The kitchen had what we needed for the week. The refrigerator was nice and cold. The laundry machine is quite loud if using during the day. The smart TV was great for streaming apps. the bed was comfortable. The unit needs a sweeper in the closet for impromptu sweeping because sand is always around. The door to the balcony was hard to open at times. The balcony furniture cushions need a cleaning. Otherwise, the size of the balcony was great and private. overall we recommend for a smaller family with young kids.

    My husband and I spent an extended weekend here and it was absolutely perfect! The condo had everything we needed and the golf cart was so much fun to use and explore the resort. We never ran out of things to do, and we are already planning our next trip. The condo was spacious and clean! We will definitely stay here again

    We had a great time staying here. The golf cart was so much fun and so convenient! The unit is tastefully decorated, clean, quiet and in a great location. Enjoyed the easy access to pool and hot tub as well as wharftown bay. Taking the golf cart to the beach was fun and easy. This was our first time staying on the other side of the resort and really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again.

    In the heart of Baytown Wharf entertainment area. Nice rental unit, comfortable bed, 2 bath and large balcony. The golf cart is a real treat for just cruising around the neighborhood and trips to the beach. The only bummer is Baytwone wharf seems to never be busy nor have everything open. Not sure if this is due to the time of year(last week in August). The balcony also provided no view. Just very tall trees. Pool area was beautiful. Managers of the place were very quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this to friends and family. Overall

    Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We love the pilot house have stayed in this building before. The golf cart was great. Only negative I felt was there were only three coffee mugs in the cabinet. Not really enough I think the kitchen should be equipped with at least 6.

    My fiancé and I have stayed in Sandestin multiple times now and this was by far our best stay yet! The included golf cart was perfect for going to and from the beach. Amazing location right above shops and restaurants in the wharf. The condo itself was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We will definitely be returning next summer!!

    Very clean and good accommodations. The couch bed wasn’t super comfortable but sofa beds rarely are lol. Golf cart was good although we had toMake sure it stayed at the room out second day because they didn’t I left it prior to our stay. Overall great and would definitely stay again!

    This is my 4th yr at Sandestin for an annual conference and I think this was our favorite condo thus far! The location was better than we thought! We were apprehensive with the close proximity to the Wharf but we did not hear the loud music and noise! The condo was clean, bed and linens were great! The golf cart was my husband’s favorite part since he was able to zip around the resort with ease! We will definitely stay again!

    What a great place to stay! You are very close to all of the fun stuff in Baytowne Wharf, and the golf cart made it so fun to get around and go to the beach.     We had an incredible experience staying here for our anniversary weekend! The condo is beautifully decorated, especially the kitchen! We found it well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The furniture was quite comfortable and the unit was immaculately clean. We really enjoyed using the golf cart that comes with this condo. This made it incredibly easy to explore the Sandestin area, including the beautiful beaches, golf course and pickleball courts. It was so much fun zipping around in the golf cart, and it made getting around a breeze.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay in Baytown Wharf.

    Our vacation rental was such a wonderful place for our families to meet. Our condo was perfect for two people with everything that we needed and more. We actually didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee, but it was well equipped. Entire facility was nice and clean. We also loved the convening everything in the resort.

    We had a good size family gathering and needed a place to be close to everyone while still having some private space! The re resort has everything we needed without much need for a car! We will be back!!

    Vacation rental experience was awesome. The only minor issue was the parking. It would be great to know where to park when the 2nd floor is full.

    We loved our time here at Baytowne!! The location of this condo was our favorite so far, walking distance to the wharf and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. A few helpful things to know are the parking is tight, if you are driving a larger suv pull your mirrors in as you enter until you leave the garage...mine got taken out. The balcony door is tricky, pull up on the handle to get it to latch. We would definitely pick this location again if it is available for our next stay!!

    This condo is small but has everything you need for a great vacation. The bed was super soft and linens comfy. The condo was well equipped with cooking utensils. The resort was awesome with so much to do. If you like to run there are plenty of routes around the resort and neighborhoods to keep your run interesting. Love music and lots of entertainment go great with the bounty of restaurants within walking distance. The shuttle to beach is very convenient. The only issue we had was the original code provided to the parking garage was incorrect.

    The condo exceeded our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated and handicap accessible.

    We enjoyed our time spent in the unit because we didn’t venture out due to the coronavirus outbreak.

    Despite the Covid Pandemic, our stay was great! The property was better than expected. Location of the property was great. We were able to grab coffee quickly, board the shuttle to the beach, and hang out in the lawn area to watch the bands play. It wasn't too crowded, so this was nice but most likely was due to the COVID pandemic. The pool was relaxing. We would definitely return. The only issue was the parking gate did not work but we just parked in the other garage.
