This spacious condo with a brand new 6 seat Golf Cart is located on the 13th hole of the Baytowne Golf Course in the coveted community of Pine Ridge Villas on the south side of The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. This top floor resort home, with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural sunlight, is close to the Pine Ridge Villas pool and features an east-facing balcony which provides views of the golf course & lake, as well as beautiful views of the morning sunrise and the rising moon in the evenings over the pine to mention afternoon shade which is a great place to retreat after a day in the sun.

The condo has an amazing open concept floor plan with a large chef's kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, wet bar, and living area which opens to the oversize balcony. The master suite is private on one side of the condo with a large king bed, access to the balcony, walk in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with oversized soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanity. The two guest bedrooms are on the other side of the condo; one with a queen bed and balcony access and the other with two full size beds. Both guest bedrooms have their own hallway accessible full bathroom. The garage is where you will find the owner provided beach items to take back and forth to the beach, and the brand new 6 seat Golf Cart to cruise the Resort.

About the Community of Pine Ridge Villas
Overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course on the beachside of the resort is Pine Ridge Villas. Pine Ridge Villas is an exclusive 36-unit Mediterranean-style condominium complex. Every condo is outfitted with elegant travertine floors, granite countertops, upscale appliances, and garage space. Most units also boast spacious balconies allowing for stunning panoramic lake views and golf course views.

Pine Ridge Villas units are all approximately 1,800 square feet and have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The community’s heated pool is accessible for guests to enjoy year-round. Many units come equipped with golf carts making it easy to get to nearby shopping, entertainment, activities, or the beach.

    Had a great time n the weather was amazing. The property was very nice. Only issue was one I’m not sure what they can do about it is the water pressure.

    Condo was so nice & clean. Beds were comfortable, loved being right next to the pool. Most days we had it all to ourselves! Golf cart is definitely a plus, was a convenient way to travel, beach...Baytowne Wharf. Probably one of the most relaxing vacations I’ve ever had! Resort is big but spread out, never felt crowded. Beautiful place, will stay here again.

    We loved the condo. Very roomy and very nice! Excellent location. Golf cart was the bomb and having pool just over the fence is so convenient. Will stay here again for sure!

    Pine Ridge is very convenient for access throughout Sandestin and Destin. The unit was very spacious and well kept. Downside was the noise from US 98 when on the deck. No road noise inside. Staff was extremely attentive and responsive (even delivering space heaters when the furnace failed whichwas replaced in just a few days.)

    We stayed here for my daughters 16th birthday. The accommodations were excellent! Having the golf cart made the trip perfect! The location was excellent. We were close to everything. Getting to restaurants and the beach was a breeze. We will be back! The only thing we would have lived was a map of the property. But other than that everything was perfect.

    Our condo was super clean and super spacious. It was ready when we arrived for check in. We have used MVH for over 20 years and each time we stay, we are pleased with the service and care we receive. The golf cart was charged and ready to go. This condo has a garage and the beach closet was stocked nicely. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the terrace. Opening the doors to the terrace allowed us to double the living room area in the evenings as we watched the college series and provide more than ample space.

    Very nice condo! We enjoyed the layout and space. The kitchen is well stocked with anything needed to cook. The golf cart was great and we could easily get around to the beach and wharf. With the double red flags at the beach it was great to have the pool steps away!

    We had a great time staying at Tee by the Sea! We were 2 families with 4 adults and 4 kids and this place was large enough for us all. The kids favorite part was the golf cart. The adults enjoyed the proximity to the beach and resort, as well as the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cups for our entire party. And it was great having a washer/dryer in the unit. We had a few issues (golf cart battery and heater), but My Vacation Haven was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

    We had a few requests and they were answered right away.
    This place is super nice and sleeps up to 8 very comfortably.
    We enjoyed using the golf cart and being close to everything.

    We loved being on the golf course and so close to Baytowne. My wife went to Baytowne while the guys played golf. Great home for our family.
