Rest, Renew and Rejoice at Sanctuary at Carillon Beach! This 5-bedroom house in the exclusive, gated community of Carillon Beach is perfect for your escape to relaxation. With 3 king suites, bunk room, and fully equipped carriage house with its own queen suite, this beautiful brand new property offers a tranquil atmosphere for guests to unwind. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy and comfort for every guest with a seating area on each level to give every guest an opportunity to have their own space for relaxing. Take advantage of the community fitness room and all the amazing amenities Carillon has to offer, including tennis, ample pools, pickleball and a very large private community beach that is exclusive to guests only! Carillon is a very short 3 minute drive to 30A/30Avenue, with a bike path leading directly to it as well, making it the perfect way to experience your favorite 30a venues without all the traffic and overly crowded beaches! We look forward to having you!!

-Sanctuary at Carillon Beach can accommodate up to 18 guests. The main house sleeps 14, while the carriage house provides additional space for 4 guests.
-The beach is just a short walk from the house. Guests can also rent a golf cart for added convenience.
-The property features a gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, 4 outdoor porches, multiple dens, and private en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Guests also have WIFI, parking for 6 cars, and community amenities like pools, tennis, pickleball courts, a playground, and local eateries.
-The home was designed with large gatherings in mind. The main house offers ample space with 5 bedrooms, 3 dens, and seating for 15, while the carriage house provides a private retreat for couples or smaller families. It’s perfect for family reunions, group vacations, or special celebrations.
-This home comes with complimentary beach service chair and umbrella setup on the beach from March 1-October 31. There will be 2 setups for a total of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for each reservation.

**HOA required parking/pool/beach walkover fee will apply. $35 per vehicle per stay. Once reservation is made with My Vacation Haven, we will register you and an email will be sent to you for you to register your vehicle and pay for your pass.**
