Now, for the real reason you want to book a 30A beach vacation—the beaches! From this beautiful location, you can access four beaches, so take the crew to a new beach each day and enjoy the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast by digging your toes in the sugar white sand. My Vacation Haven even has a fully stocked closet of every beach necessity you can think of at your convenience!

About the Community of Seacrest Beach
When you’re looking for a nice and quiet beach retreat, there’s no place as welcoming as Seacrest Beach. Hidden away between Alys and Rosemary Beaches is the community of Seacrest Beach, a quaint neighborhood with palm tree lined streets with sidewalks and quaint Florida beach cottages. Ride the tram to the beach or to the private 12,000 square foot lagoon style pool, which is the largest pool on 30A and one of the largest in the state of Florida. Next to the pool is a large grassy amphitheater- home to concerts, movies, sports, and weddings. Head to the adjacent Village of South Walton, where restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are available to make memories with the whole family. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs.

    This vacation rental is gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the appliances worked great. One thing to take note - you only get one extra trash bag so do NOT give it to a neighbor who comes over looking for one (unless you want to run to the store for more). The shuttle was fantastic and made transporting all our beach equipment easy. We went for a girls trip, but I have already called my family and we’re making plans for another vacation at this rental. 10/10 would highly recommend!

    Only needed help once, prompt and courteous. This latest vacation was no different. Spotless house, ready for a week with my family.     This house was so much more beautiful in person than in pictures!! We stayed there with some family members and there was enough space for everyone to live comfortably. We didn’t want to leave! The location is great and right next to a tram stop. We can’t wait to rent this house again :)

    House is great - beautiful inside, very clean and great amenities. Management team was very responsive when we had some problems with a bed. Will be 5 stars when porch paint issues are addressed.

    House was suitable for our family- 6 adults 3 children under 6. Mgt. was responsive to a few issues upon arrival. The area is very nice- Was surprised at how many people are there- literally the beach was packed. Pool is very nice and overall we had a good stay at this property.

    June Family Vacation at Seacrest Beach

    That Summer Feeling/Endless Summer was a very nice house! All of the rooms and furnishings of the house were top notch! The 2 bedrooms with King size beds were very good. The one room with 2 sets of bunk beds was enjoyed by my grand daughters! The house seemed to be located okay for getting to the large swimming pool. There were some down sides to the resort. The resort uses shuttles to take the guest to Seacrest beach which did not work well on their busiest days (Sat. & Sun.) They only had 3 shuttles working and we would wait for 30 or more minutes for a driver to show up. We would give up and walk all the way (about a Mile) to the beach. This would not have been such a problem if we were not carrying all of our beach gear. We talked to the drivers and they said they did not have enough drivers and that part of the carts were not working and needed maintenance. None the less we enjoyed our stay and the beach which was very crowded! The gulf waters and the white sand beaches are beautiful at Seacrest Beach!

    spacious and was enough room for all 13 of us. We weren’t over crowded. We caught the shuttle to the beach daily. Home was well equipped. We had an issue with the coffee maker and within 30 minutes another was brought to the door. Really enjoyed our time at this vacation haven.

    Enjoyed a week of springbreak with 10 teenagers and 4 adults. House was very comfortable. Pull out couch mattress wasn't best so don't plan it for bigger kids. Bring everything you need. Salt/pepper/trash bags/coffee filters/etc. Think we might have been first people back since Covid but still there wasnt a single household supply like some of the VRBO's I've stayed at.

    Easy check in and check out. The house was beautiful and clean. Great location - close to the pool, beach, shopping and restaurants. You could catch a ride on the tram within steps of the house to get a ride to the pool or beach. The house was well stocked with supplies including beach chairs, beach toys and a wagon you could use to haul your stuff to the pool/beach. Wonderful place to stay. Loved the home and location.

    This home served perfectly for our vacation. It is a new home, well furnished and spacious. It is close to the pool and beach. The management in terms of providing entry, pool passes, beach shuttle, and general instructions for our stay was first class - highly recommend!!

    This place was very clean. All the staff I came in contact with was very professional. Pool was amazing! Must try the bike riding through the neighborhood, if you don’t have a bike there is a bike rental available at the near by shopping center.
