Welcome to Tivoli, a charming Mediterranean style complex of villas located on the Baytowne Golf Course inside the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Unit 5271 is as luxurious as it is cozy, and it is the perfect spot for someone wanting to retreat to the beaches of the Emerald Coast and fit in a few rounds of golf during the trip! This unit comes with a 6 seat golf cart for cruising the resort!

As soon as you step inside this home, you will be captivated by the cathedral ceilings and picturesque windows that overlook the lush green golf course. The 4 bedroom and 4 bath home can sleep up to 10 guests. The living area is roomy enough for everyone to feel relaxed and at home. The spacious kitchen features white countertops and stainless steel appliances and it is stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up a fantastic meal.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and has a door that accesses the screened porch. The en suite bath includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. There is also a guest bedroom that features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The third guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the fourth guest bedroom, located in the loft and accessible by a spiral staircase, offers a queen bed and bathroom.

The screened porch is ideal for lounging with a cup of morning coffee and listening to the sounds of nature. When the time comes to explore, hop in the golf cart and tour the resort. Stop by the community pool for a quick swim before heading over to the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located beachside at the Resort, Tivoli is a quaint neighborhood with spacious townhome style condominiums featuring porches overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course. Tivoli is also conveniently located close to some of the best amenities on the resort, like the white sand beaches and The Market Shops, and steps from the community pool. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports & more are available locally at additional costs. Please note one vehicle permitted per unit.

    Excellent condo for our Family of 6 plus a toddler and infant . The golf cart provided a short, two minute ride to the beach, the pool was right around the corner, and our family enjoyed taking in the restaurants and shopping at the wharf. Spacious condo was as described, clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend highly.

    Six adults, one toddler, and one infant. The condo was clean, conveniently located, a Short golf cart ride to the beach, and the pool was around the corner. Communication with host was excellent, answered all questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

    We had a great time and the location was perfect. Beach access and a short walk to the pool! Local shopping centers and restaurants did not disappoint. We had a party of ten and were completely comfortable. Clean, convenient, comfortable beds, and classy decor! 10 out of 10!

    It was a great spot only minutes from the beach. Grounds were beautiful. The house was also beautiful. No grill for grilling though.

    We had a wonderful time! The house and location was perfect! We loved riding the golf cart to the beach, heated pool, golf courses and Baytowne! My grandson even caught a fish at one of the ponds on the resort! We will definitely return!

    This condo was everything we could have asked for. From the moment you enter the grounds, the breathtaking scenery immediately puts you in a vacation state of mind. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The condo was gave off a clean coastal feel and was extremely comfortable. There were necessities in each bathroom and in the kitchen to get you through the week. Upon arrival we were notified of an issue with the golf cart, but that issue was resolved within 24 hours. You are a quick golf cart ride away from beach access and Baytown wharf, a short car ride away from harbor walk where you can dine, play, shop, or rent a boat to go on the waters to swim, snorkel, or enjoy crab island. Also if you love shopping, you are minutes from the silver sands outlet mall! We would definitely stay here again. The customer service provided by MVH was excellent from booking to departure.

    This is a gorgeous unit! Such a great floor plan/ flow and location. We took our 3 grown children and their spouses for a family vacation. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom for privacy, but spacious areas for “together time” too. The golf cart made it so fun and easy. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

    House was clean with enough space to spread out. Love the screened patio overlooking golf course. Great for conversation and coffee. Golf cart really nice. Please add stairs required for entry to description. Games were nice. Also, amenity map/book would be great! Will recommend and rent again.
