    My family and I had a great experience. The beach access as well the convenience of having a golf cart was great. We enjoyed the living space as well as having a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook a meal .

    Condo was perfect! Clean, spacious and beautiful. Loved the comfortable beds. Golf cart was a plus, makes getting to the beach and other places easy. The community was nice and quiet.

    Beautiful place! The condo is very roomy, clean and quiet. Area is quiet and in a nice location. Not on the beach, but close and the golf cart makes its so nice to get anywhere you want to go on 30A. Had a wonderful stay, check in/out was so easy and the communication was great! Beach is as beautiful as always!

    This property was perfect. Love the condo. It was comfortable and spacious and well decorated. It was not on the beach, but having a golf cart to get to and from the beach made it a little adventurous. The two 17 year olds with me loved it. It is such a nice golf cart that it was like having another vehicle. The beach access at Dune Allen was clean and well kept. It just needs a lot more parking. A little farther down the road is a service/convenience store that has reasonable gas and necessities for the condo. The area is quiet and I felt comfortable letting the girls go to the beach alone. All of the check in/out was done by email and we did not have to hassle with stopping and checking in. Having a keypad meant that we could come and go without wondering who had the key and we did not have to keep up with a key.

    This condo was perfect. I had reservations because of a previous review. I took my daughter, her 17 year old daughter and her friend. The girls thought the golf cart was sooo cool. In this community, they could run to the beach or convenience store or even out to lunch by themselves without us worrying. They felt independent and we didn't have to go with them if we wanted to do something else. The golf carts have headlights and blinkers for safe travel day or night. A few amenities are provided for the dishwasher and clothes washer which was unexpected. They also leave shampoo, conditioner, lotion and the all important aloe vera gel! But word to the wise, bring salt and pepper. We did not think of this. Check the weather. I had never seen a double red flag. This was the case most of the time we were there. You cannot even walk on the wet sand because of the danger! Good time to check out the pool that is just across from the condo.All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. It is a quiet neighborhood.
