When you walk into this bayside gem, you will be greeted with neutral greys and a contemporary style throughout. Balancing comfort and class, the main living area has an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, along with ample seating and a flat screen, smart TV. The kitchen and dining area offer a rustic 4-person dining table and extra seating at the breakfast bar.     This condo is clean and well decorated. It is centrally located in Sandestin, which is convenient! However, the golf cart needs some maintenance-it is very loud, squeaky, and bouncy! The clothes dryer could also use a little work - it allows you to open the door but keeps spinning and running without turning off automatically, which is a hazard! Overall, the property is nice though and we would stay here again!

    Turnberry 8512 is our favorite! Just completed our second vacation, and didn’t even look anywhere else. We knew Turnberry had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach! We didn’t even need to rent a car because of the golf cart and plentiful restaurants and everyday shopping close by. It was so nice to prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy family time in the comfortable surroundings. It truly feels like home. A couple of quick turns in the golf cart and we had private lot parking for the beautiful beach and powder soft sand. The pool was warm and tranquil. Can’t wait until we return, hoping this becomes a yearly tradition!

    This home is cozy, clean, and accommodating to my family of 8. Very comfortable beds, all the essentials you need in a kitchen to cook, and the golf cart was a bonus to get around so easily. Getting to the Village and Beach was convenient. I highly recommend staying here!

    Great condo! Convenient location and plenty of our room for our family of 7. We loved the golf cart! We had issues with the breaker/cart not charging, but someone was sent out to check it as soon as we reported it.

    Last minute decision for a quick getaway to Sandestin for a few days. This condo was spacious and beautiful. All amenities to get started were provided. Nice golf cart included along with beach chairs ,toys and umbrella. Highly recommended!
    Issue with property: charging cart was a challenge as posts did not work... breaker issues. Lack of parking for vehicles was a challenge if we left, we had to search for parking king due to other rental properties have 3+ vehicles for one family unit.

    The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we could have needed (they literally thought of everything).The management company's check in process was convenient,efficient, friendly and timely.The home itself looked just like the pictures. The location exceeded my expectations and was convenient to everything (Entertainment, the beach restaurants, restaurants,quaint shops,shopping malls,the main strip,Walmart/ grocery stores and fast food eateries) Highly recommended

    Our family had a great stay. We loved the location of Turnberry because it is a very short ride to the pool and to Baytown. The layout of the house was great for our family of 5 and had plenty of space. Our rental did, for the most part, feel clean. It is not a pet friendly rental, but the owners must have a pet as there was a lot of pet hair on the rug and furniture as well as in the steps leading to the front door. My vacation haven was helpful when we had questions. We would recommend this rental.

    Perfect location!! Our family of 5 stayed over New Years and it was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks from the Wharf without dealing with crowds! Easy access to the beach, grocery store, restaurants all with the golf cart! The golf cart was great although it took us a bit to find it initially and we never found the cover to it. The condo was well stocked with cooking/eating tools and beach chairs/toys. The condo was very clean. The building was quiet when we were there but the first building next door was packed with renters and cars. The owners book that was in the condo was very helpful. Our only complaint were the showers and that had to do with water pressure/softness. We had a great time!!

    The condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed and wanted. We loved the golf cart, so nice to help us get around to the shops and beach. The view of the pond was very nice. Highly recommend!

    Great location! You can take the golf cart to Publix, Grimaldi's pizza, under the tunnel to the beach, lots of stores or just to zoom around. It's a short distance by car to Seaside or up to Silver Sands outlet. The lakeview is beautiful and the condo was clean and updated. We will be back!

    Our stay at this condo was one of the best we've had in Sandestin. The unit was clean, modern, updated, and comfortable. We had room to spread out and relax, and were close to amenities and activities with our children. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning.
