On the first floor of the home, an open floor plan expands into living and dining areas. The spacious living room includes a large flat screen television – perfect for a relaxing movie night after a day at the beach. Hungry? The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need, and a breakfast bar that seats 3 is perfect for some morning noshing or late-night bites. If you’re looking to enjoy a leisurely dinner at home, the dining room has enough space for you and 5 of your loved ones to relax and enjoy a meal together. There is also a half-bath on the first floor.

When it’s time to take a break and get some shut-eye after a full day of family-filled fun, take a walk upstairs to the second floor of this beautiful beach vacation home and get ready for a peaceful night’s rest. All bedrooms are on the second floor, but three separate bedrooms and bathrooms ensure that you and the members of your family have the space and privacy needed to unwind. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower to help you relax before you fall asleep dreaming of the next day’s adventures. The two guest bedrooms also have connected bathrooms. The first guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room is a smaller room with twin over twin built in bunk beds for the kids. In addition to the three bedrooms and bathrooms, the second floor is complete with a laundry room, perfect for keeping your vacation attire fresh and clean.

In addition to the spacious living and sleeping arrangements of this SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® vacation home, a garage accessible from the first floor houses a 4-seat golf cart that is ready to take you and your family on all sorts of excursions! The home also has some complimentary beach items that you can load up in your golf cart for a fun-filled day frolicking in the sand and swimming in the crystal-clear water of the Gulf of Mexico.

    This was our first time booking with My Vacation Haven and had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Lago. The customer service was great and communication was prompt! The location was perfect for our family being so close to Baytowne, and having a golf cart was a hit with our kids. It was so convenient not having to pack up a car each time we wanted to go out. The beds were comfy, the place was well stocked and each room having it's own bathroom was a plus!

    My only recommendations would be to add little basics like salt/pepper (maybe oil) for the kitchen just to help out with cooking. Also, the barndoor for one of the rooms was open when we arrived and so we didn't see an upstairs thermostat until our 2nd day (it's hidden behind it) so the temp upstairs was pretty hot our first night (set to 75). Thankfully there are a lot of fans for use. A note about that for guests would be helpful. Also, as someone else mentioned one of the bathrooms door was very awkward to open but we made due. Overall, a great stay!

    we have been vacationing in Destin for the last 8 years, all but 1 year at baytowne. this was pur first exp staying in a house and it was by far the best choice. it was super clean and quiet (minus the frogs!) my kids loved the turtles that would come up to the back every morning. only possible negatives was a garage opener for the cart would be nice, and there was 1 awkward bathroom door, but otherwise everything was perfect. will definitely stay there again.

    We were very satisfied with the condo. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The neighborhood is very quite so the golf cart was a great help. The condo was clean and we loved having a grill! The washing machine spin cycle is VERY loud so don’t run it if you want to sleep! MVH was there whenever we needed them.

    Me and my family stay at villa largo for five weeks after we sold our home in Emerald bay about ten minutes down the road. Before our stay I mostly knew sandestin for Baytown but now I know it’s so much more! There really is so much to do I’m not even sure where to start so I’ll just let you know my favorites. First of all we enjoyed being able to walk or ride the golf cart to the many restaurants in the area. It seemed like there was always an exciting event going on, there are several pools, parks and hiking trails. And, last but not least the sunsets!! There is a tunnel for the golf cart to cross 98 so getting to the beach to see the sunset was super easy! The unit comes equipped with anything you could possible need. From a crockpot to beach chairs, it’s all there for you. The unit is also very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our staycation!!

    Met or exceeded expectation in every category. We will return! Only downside may have been the view, however, we visited another townhouse on the same street with a better view and we would stay where we stayed in a New York minute. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Weather being perfect the entire week in early October certainly didn't hurt.

    This house was perfection! From the minute you walked in it felt like vacation. The home had everything we needed for the best week! Sandestin is a wonderful community, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway. The only thing is there is no tub in the master as stated in the homes description.
