The kitchen offers a wow-factor all of its own with marble counter tops and an over sized island perfect for serving up a meal to your large group (this property sleeps 12!). If you’re looking to entertain, the open floor plan extends from the kitchen into the dining space and over to the living area. Within this space your entire group will be able to entertain and have fun.

Beautiful tile-work and comfortable modern décor extend into the first floor master king bedroom and en suite full bath with walk in shower and extra half bath across the hall. Upstairs the 2nd master bedroom welcomes you with a true master suite with an unbelievable en suite bathroom with special soaking tub and walk in shower. The second floor has an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bunk room with 2 sets of custom built bunks, queen over queen and twin over twin. Each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom.

    The stay exceeded my expectations. The grill was broken and the owner had us another one within hours. That was a plus!!! The cleanliness of the house was a BIG plus!!! Will be booking again!

    We have been traveling and staying in the panhandle of Fl for 40 years - This house and location and amenities are TOP Shelf !!The mgmt company went OVER and beyond to accommodate our requests - The house was spotless, kitchen fully equipped - We cooked breakfast daily and made drinks in the evening. The outside ice machine was awesome for all of our drinks and to fill coolers for our beach trips. We also really enjoyed BayTown restaurants and all of thr activities to do. If you like golf, we’ll your be in Heaven!! We used the provided golf carts for most all of our traveling, beach, there’s a Publix’s on site together with almost every shopping experience, you could think of. The Owners seemed to have thought of everything too - they have beach chairs, floats and even coolers in garage for your use on beach !! If you’re like me and you read the reviews before staying anywhere AND you have read this far … We’ll IF you’re so lucky to find this place and it’s AVAILABLE … BOOK IT !!

    Our family has had a great experience for two years renting from Vacation Haven. We had a couple of minor issues on arrival which were promptly addressed. Our children and grandchildren love staying in Sandestin. There is so much to do. Only drawback is everyone else loves it too!
    This property was spacious enough for 10 but lacks and indoor dining table (only bar stools). We were able to utilize the outdoor dining area for for 10.
    Kitchen was extremely well stocked but the grill needs attention. We were able to use it (propane container and connections).

    It was wonderful! We loved the townhouse we stayed it. The only thing is we wished one of the king beds were two twin beds instead. Beautiful, clean and wonderful to have the golf carts.

    This was a great place to stay. It was a beautiful and clean place to stay. Being able to ride the golf cart everywhere was so nice. All the decorations for Christmas were beautiful. We would definitely go back.

    A very nice home ideal for a larger family's vacation, we had 6 kids and 6 adults. Well maintained and clean. Newer golf carts in good condition. I would highly recommend this property. Hopely we will be back next June!

    Our vacation home was perfect, the location was wonderful and we loved the golf cart community. The golf carts were enough for both families and the house accommodated everyone’s needs. Two master bedrooms, a second living area was a great asset. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids!!!We definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed
