From the exterior where you'll have the choice of 2 golf carts to cruise the resort, you know you’re in for something really special. That's right--this home comes with 2 golf carts for you to enjoy--a white 6-seater and a yellow 4-seater for plenty of space for 10 people. Nestled away on the Bay side of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, this home sits along the canal in the over-the-top community of Villa Lago. Each home offers its own take blending a Tuscan feel with our Panhandle Florida charm. The Tuscan feel is noticed right away with the tiled roof, stucco exterior, and columns around the porches. Inside, beautifully tiled floors lead you through the very open floor plan which is made even more spacious by the lofty ceilings.

The kitchen will “wow” any cook in your group! The granite countertops and appliances are all brand new as this home was just completed in 2016. There is plenty of counter space and even more storage, perfect for whipping up a simple snack to enjoy on the patio or pack up something for everyone and create a sunset picnic – Tuscan-style! The large living space has plenty of seating for relaxing and recharging until your next adventure. There is even a first-floor half bath for extra convenience.

Aside from the main master bedroom and full en suite bathroom on the 1st floor, the second floor hosts 4 of the home’s five bedrooms. There are two additional master suites which each offer their own en suite, private bathrooms. Both are beautifully tiled with double vanities and walk-in showers. The main master suite has a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom is perfect for the kids with a set of full-size bunk beds, a twin sleeper, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

    This place is extremely nice!! Don't hesitate to book it!! A 5-bedroom 5-bathroom home was hard to find during the week we chose, but we lucked upon this place and truly enjoyed our stay! The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had in any vacation home we've rented. The location is extremely close to several beaches which is a plus!! One of the golf carts was in the shop being repaired, so we unfortunately only had one to use, but that didn't slow us down. There's the Tram you can use for transportation and lots to do in walking distance. The pool is only a 2-minute walk from the home!! The furniture is so comfortable and the bathroom in the Master Suite is so luxurious. We will definitely book this home and neighborhood again for our next beach vacation!!!

    We chose this house especially because it advertised 2 golf carts. We had one that had no turn signal and could not go faster than 16 MPH. My advice, don't count on the golf carts as transportation. Other than that the house was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

    A great experience! The house was great! Spacious and everyone had a spot. The rental company was excellent. They checked in with us- and when someone parked in our front yard, they helped remedy the situation quickly. They also suggested a sister company where we could rent baby items! The 2 golf carts made exploring fun and easy! A special time was had by all! Thank you! We will be back!

    This house was immaculate! We had 8 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room. We’ve stayed in Sandestin several times over the years. Every place we stayed previously had little problems that affected our stay minimally. We found no problem with this property at all. Great location. The host was very responsive to questions. We’ll definitely be staying here again!!

    My family stayed here for a week during Spring Break. The resort is beautiful and the house is awesome. There was plenty of room for my entire family of six adults and five children. Everyone had plenty of room with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house is located very close to the village, which was nice for our children because they love the playground and activities there. The large heated swimming pool was just a golf cart ride away and the beach was wonderful as always. I would highly recommend this house for large families as it provided the room we needed plus it was clean and well equipped. We especially loved having two golf carts, one of was a six seater that was really our primary mode of transportation while in Sandestin. My Vacation Haven was responsive to any questions we had and were very easy to contact. We will definitely visit again.

    We rented the house for our entire family vacation on fall break. It was the first time we had EVER done a family vacation. The house was pristine, spacious and everyone had their own private space. The two golf carts were so helpful in getting us around. We loved the two pools, and the entire area. While it's not on the beach, it's a very short distance, and we like it that way! We will definitely come back.

    The rental is a great place to stay for the family! The accommodations are very nice, and the kitchen is stocked with several appliances that are not routinely found in most rental properties. A few suggestions about the golf carts: 1) The carts, especially the white one, needs to be upgraded to adhere to guidelines posted (i.e., seat belts, turn signals, etc.). 2) Even though the information stated that you can charge one cart at a time, the garage door needs to be raised whether one or both carts are being charged since the carbon monoxide alarm still went off with just one being charged at a time.

    This is a stunning place. Every bedroom has its own bath. Great common area. Beautiful kitchen. Only issue was with the golf carts (batteries wouldn't hold charge), but hopefully that will be addressed soon. Highly recommend this home.

    The house was clean and comfortable. We had 10 people altogether. I enjoyed the kitchen and open dining and living room. The master jacuzzi tub is a plus. The decor is very nice. We had a problem with the garage door which was handled promptly. The serviceman was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It was a great property. There is a pool available within a short distance from the house. You can get to the beach on the golf carts but we found it easier to drive.

    Overall this was a fantastic place to stay! We chose this place because it had 2 golf carts included in the rental. However, we were disappointed because the 6-seat cart frequently had issues. From the beginning the cart didn't work right. We called at the beginning of the week because it wouldn't start or drive. Someone came out the following day and said it worked fine. Then again on Thursday the cart would not start so we were unable to get to the beach, etc. This was a huge inconvenience as we had two families staying here and only 1 car so couldn't fit everyone in the car. We were told someone would come look at the cart, however no one ever came or called to follow up. Still haven't heard from anyone regarding this. The golf carts were necessary for our trip. Great location; close to wharf and short drive to beach and grocery store by cart. The house was clean and new. Great place for families with many things for the kids to do including basketball, tennis, bike trails, pools, beach, and mini golf. The wharf has many restaurants, an arcade, games for kids, and some shops. So other than the golf cart issues, this place was perfect! Suggestions would be to post golf cart charging instructions. Also, need a new outside hose to wash off beach chairs and toys. The hose that's there has many holes in it.

    My family and I had a great vacation in this beautiful house. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. We enjoyed the large TVs in every room. You can walk to the pool and Baytowne or ride the golf cart.
