With three floors of space, multiple balconies, a private community pool, and a 15-minute walk to the shoreline, this is the perfect place for families and friend groups, large and small, to enjoy Gulf life together.

On the first and third floors, you’ll find all the comforts of home with modern touches to make your guests feel rested, relaxed, and pampered. The first floor features the master bedroom with king bed and spa-like en suite bath equipped with a double vanity, oversized walk-in tile shower, and separate soaker tub. On the third floor, you’ll find 2 guest bedrooms and a loft space for more room. This floor also features a full bath with tub/shower combo and a balcony to enjoy slow morning starts. Sleeping up to 9 comfortably, this is the home to make lasting memories!

The main living space is located on the second floor of the home and features an open concept floorplan. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry to store everything you need. With a brand new fence installed in the backyard, this home is perfect for pets! After a long day, relax in the living room, featuring a 65” flat screen TV, or head out to your private balcony. Equipped with chairs, table, sofa, and a gas grill, enjoy the views of the lush Florida landscape as the sun sets over the Gulf.

    It was awesome!!!!!!! The rental was perfection!!!!! The location was very convenient, traffic wasn't bad even with the construction, to the SERENE VIEWS from the 3rd floor.The best rental thus far we've stayed in while visiting FLORIDA and definitely returning in AUGUST!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH : IT WAS GREAT !!!!!!! Management was always available!!!!!!

    The home is beautiful and extremely clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The master on the main was nice to not carry our luggage upstairs. Loved the fenced in back yard. It’s a short drive to Inlet beach and downtown Rosemary area. We will be back!

    This was a beautiful home to spend Spring Break with our daughters family. Perfect set up for the grandkids upstairs, close to the beach. My only complaint is that the community pool was not heated, probably too early in the season. We had a wonderful time

    We loved our stay at this brand new house in a beautiful neighborhood. There was a super close beach access across the road from the neighborhood that took maybe 5 min or less to drive to. The cleaning crew missed a spot under the bunkbeds prior to us arriving but someone came quickly after we gave them a call & they took care of it! The rooms & bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home!

    Traveling to enjoy the beach and baseball and this location was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful. The community pool was easily accessible and never crowded. The home…it was everything my family needed, plus some. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to park our car and travel using the cart to most locations! My Vacation Haven provided excellent service and the hospitality app was an added bonus! Already looking to book again! We will definitely be back!
