The open concept floor plan lends itself to large groups and guests, and the picturesque windows provide natural light for an airy feel. Cook up a stellar meal in the full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, enjoy company at the 6-person dining table, and end your days in the living room featuring brand new furniture with ample seating options and a flat screen TV. However, the best part of this home is found in the backyard with the private patio and grill. The sugar white sands are calling your name, and you won’t have to go far to answer that call. You’re also located right by the Cassine Garden nature trail, which leads into Point Washington State Park for miles of exploring and a prime spot to keep moving on vacation.

After a day at the pool, the beach, or Gulf adventure, rest up in one of three bedrooms, all featuring comfortable bedding, high-end furnishings, and flat screen TVs to wind down at night. The master also features a desk for those work from home warriors, walk-in closet for long stays, and en suite bath with spa-like, walk-in shower with white subway tiles and stone flooring.     recently stayed at 24 Cassine Garden Circle and had a fantastic experience. The property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions and amenities. The backyard was a particular highlight, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.     We had the best time at this house. There’s two pools in the community and you’re just steps away from the beach. The golf cart is a plus. We wrote it around everywhere and never took our car once we arrived at our house. The only thing the house was lacking was a strainer for the kids mac & cheese other than that, it had everything you could imagine. I will definitely be back again.

    The home was clean and in a great location. While we could walk to anything we needed or wanted (shops, restaurants, beach access), the kids loved having the golf cart available! It made the trip extra special! Additionally, the home had some additional items that helped make our trip enjoyable - beach chairs, puzzles/games, and access to community pools.

    This was a nice home in a quaint neighborhood within a 6 min walk to the beach access and a short bike ride to Seaside. It’s clean and had everything we needed. The grill needed a new propane tank which we got within one day. Check-in and out was super easy.

    Wow! What a wonderful stay. If you're looking for convenience, look no further! This location is so good. Close to the beach, pool, shopping, ice cream, and restaurants. The house is very nice and very clean. My only recommendation would be to bring along food storage containers for left overs, there are very few. Other than that, it was 10/10!! Thank you!

    We had a great time staying at A Wave From it All. Very well kept and clean. The pool is one house down and you can access it through a trail in the backyard. The kids were able to walk there without getting on any street. The neighborhood has access to the Cassine Garden Nature Trail which opens to the entire National Park, only 200 feet from the house. Kids loved it. We have stayed in the neighborhood for years, but will be booking this every year going forward. This company must have thought of everything! Best spot on 30a!

    A gem of a one story getaway, walking distance to the beach, neighborhood pool, salon, and pizza. We made ourselves at home cooking some nights, while walking to and from the beautiful sunset on the beach, even in December. Close enough to bike to Grayton Beach, The Hub, and Publix. This home suited our family perfectly!

    This house has it all. The staff at My Vacation Haven thought of every detail. My girls even had beach toys to take to the beach. My kids loved waking up and walking to get donuts every morning at the Donut Hut. We had some friends over one night and all walked to Goatfeathers Seafood Market and got some fish to grill in the backyard. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. We have already booked our next stay here!
