Views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico is what you’ll expect to see from the balcony of Westwinds 4759. Exemplary elegance in contemporary design makes 4759 a beautiful sight. Tile floors lead you into the condo and take you to the living area, where large and comfortable furniture sit atop a plush carpet, facing towards a large flat screen. Sandy colored walls and touches of blue really give the living room a beachy feel, but doesn't come close to the beachy feel you'll get when you step out onto the wraparound balcony.

Overlooking miles of beach and even more water, waking up with your morning coffee to a beautiful sunrise or enjoying a beverage at sunset has never been more beautiful. Back on the inside, a dining area holds a large wooden table with six chairs. Extra room for dining can be found at the breakfast bar, an extension of granite countertop space from the kitchen countertops.

Down the sandy colored hall, you will find the guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed with wooden furniture, from the black bed frame and matching nightstands with reading lamps on top, to the white dresser that the flat screen television rests upon. This room has amazing views of the Gulf, and they can be viewed right from the comfort of the king size bed. The accompanying bathroom has a classic shower and bathtub combination. The next bedroom features a king size bed and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom features porcelain fixtures and a classic shower and bathtub combination. The master is located off the living room and has its own king size bed, a flat screen television, en suite bathroom and more iconic views of the Gulf.

    We have been coming to Sandestin Westwinds Unit 4759 for 3 straight years now with 2 other couples. We always enjoy our stay and the condo fits our needs perfectly. If I were to offer one critique, we all agree that the condo needs some updating. But not a deal breaker as we will more than likely come back next year!

    The public areas were well kept and very nice. Our apartment needed some tic.. The carpets were stained and appeared to be less than clean, the furniture was rather shabby ( throw pillows shedding feathers).

    Our family is tall and the three bedrooms with king size beds a plus! My only negative might be that the sitting area is rather cramped, not conducive for many to sit and visit. The wrap around balcony though is where we spent most of our time. The views are spectacular.

    This is our third stay at Westwinds and our first stay in this unit (4759). The location is the absolute best for a short walk to the beach and beach views. Great restaurants are an UBER ride away. The unit was clean and well maintained for its age. The minor issues (light bulb out, beach chair/umbrella missing) were taken care of the day of arrival. We would rent this unit again. The golf cart could use some TLC as mold was on the seats due to weather exposure. Overall, a good visit to the beach.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Westwinds. The space was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 kids. We loved being on the beachfront and also have a view of the pool & hot tub. The golf cart was a nice bonus. We will be back!

    We had 6 adults and this condo was a perfect size. There is plenty of seating in the living room and the dining room for everyone to sit comfortably. The view was great! We were front row for the firework show on the beach. The cleaning people missed a few things from the previous people who stayed, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The weather was terrible, we only had 1 beach day, but that's the chance you take. The food at the Warf was terrible from every restaurant we went to. I started cooking after 3 failed meals. I recommend buying or bringing your food because restaurants in the area have not fully recovered from COVID. We were even disappointed in the Crab Shack on the beach.

    We loved staying in the three bedroom condo with beautiful encompassing views of the beach.
    The water was as pretty as Ive ever seen and we have been coming to Sandestin a long time.
    Cant beat the location.The Golf cart was a plus but for such a big condo a 6 seater would have been better.
    Also there were a few things missing. We did not have a broom which is a necessity with all the sand. There was a broom head there without the handle??
    Also the silver ware was lacking. We had 6 people staying (the information said it could accommodate 8) and we had 6 spoons and 6 forks. Nothing we couldn't work around but it was an inconvenience with small children who are always wanting something to eat. Was just surprising for such a nice and expensive unit. Need more coffee mugs also (some are cracked) And we had to borrow a cheese grater from another unit.
    Also just FYI the sink in the back bedroom is slow to drain

    Easy access to condo. MVH app is very helpful with access numbers and golf cart information. We did have a minor problem with water and a TV but they were on it quick! This condo had a beautiful view not only from the balcony but from each room. If you aren’t prepared to take your lunch to the beach, don’t worry they have beach service! Delicious grilled chicken or Mahi brought to your beach chair. Condo has a nice size washer and dryer, probably needs new kitchen pots and pans. Screen door needs repaired too.

    When I was told my snowbird rental, through another agency, would not be available for the month of February, I had a little more than 5 weeks to make other arrangements. I started looking and found this wonderful property in Westwinds. I couldn't believe it, the agent through My Vacation Haven was extremely helpful. This was our 3rd stay in the Sandestin Resort and it was by far the best! The unit was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, 7th floor was perfect and the golf cart, it was the icing on the cake. Thank you MVH, you saved our vacation. I'll be renting from MVH in the future.

    We had the best time! My Vacation Haven always makes things so super easy!! Our condo's ice maker didn't work and MVH/staff brought us bags of ice almost every day! This was my 4th trip to Westwinds using MVH and I wouldn't stay anywhere else or use any other vacation company! The condo was beautiful. Fantastic view. We will 100% be back.

    My husband and I stayed here with my daughter and three of her friends - it was perfect! It was a great location and the unit was very nice. Golf cart moves a little slow and battery doesn't last long but that was the only issue. Will definitely rent here again.

    The unit we stayed in was great. We had a beautiful east-west view. The location was perfect as I have lived in Santa Rosa Beach for 35 years and I love coming back. I plan on staying there again soon. Thank you for the easiness of checking in and out. Thanks again

    Our unit was perfect with three king beds for three couples. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The balcony furniture was extremely comfy....perfect for morning coffee and gorgeous sunrises.
    Two of the beds were comfy, but we bought a topper for the third bed. That made it much better. The golf courses are just across the street which made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great vacation.

    The property was exactly as advertised. Nice decor, clean, nicely provisioned. It worked very well for us because the three bedrooms have king size beds. Most 3-bedroom places have twins/bunks.

    The location couldnt be any closer to the beach and the water was full of small fish swimming around my feet! I condo was spacious and comfy. The kitchen had all the necessary doodads. My wife wants me to rent it again next year.

    It was a Beautiful condo. But if I could change anything it would be to have more cooking dishes to prepare and serve food. I love to cook I had to go buy pans for to keep the food warm in the oven. And to serve. One more thing not enough hot water!!!! I love to take really hot soaking baths!! The wate never was considered hot to me. That was very disappointing. But over all the condo was Great!!! Love the Beautiful property! Very very well kept up! You feel like you are in Paradise!! Love Westwinds wouldn't stay any where else!
