    The upholstered furniture is stained and dirty-needs to be replaced.
    (We had stayed in this condo a few years ago, and it had just been
    “Refreshed”). It is now in need of a renovation.
    The only redeeming thing about this condo is
    the location.

    We just spend 4n at the Westwinds 4809 condo which was perfect for our extended family of 6 including a 2y/o. The unit was nicely appointed and overall clean, well maintained and comfortable.
    The kitchen was adequately supplied though lacked basics like salt and pepper, coffee filters and maybe some basics like a can opener and tinfoil.
    The ice maker had trouble keeping up but there was a nice ice machine on the ground floor. Also, we thought the king matress in the main bedroom could have been upgraded.

    The views from the balcony were gorgeous and we really enjoyed the pool area and beach which were very easy to access. Having the Tiki Bar poolside for drinks and snacks was also a real plus. The exercise room was clean and adequate for this type of building. The beach was busy but didn’t feel over crowded compared to the area around the Hilton Hotel.

    Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay at Westwinds and worked out very well for our family and seemed like a decent value especially if you want to be ocean front w a nice relaxing view.

    We also found the Myvacation rental staff very easy to work with and the were nice enough to check in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok which was reassuring.

    Beautifully decorated, great location and surprisingly no waiting for elevators even though we visited at a very busy time. We had 3 generations in our group and it met the needs of all of us. Also the landscaping around the pool area and for the resort was absolutely stunning

    Our family had a great time in this condo. Plenty of room, nice starter supplies (better than others provide) and the condo views were lovely. The golf cart is a plus, although it’s not for amateurs. We’re seasoned golf cart users. This one needs some work.

    The condo was very lovely and nicely decorated. The floors were still a little sandy when we arrived especially on the balcony. Our biggest issue was the lack of directions on where to set up our pop up tent on the beach. We set up the first day and apparently were on private property but there were no signs posted. Then the second day, we decided to set up behind the blue beach chairs and then were made to move to another spot. Then halfway through the day, a manager came out and made us move again saying we were in the beach club area and were not allowed to be there. Needless to say we were not happy, so we took everything down and left for the day. The other issue I personally had with this condo was the constant code numbers to get in and out of the room, the parking garage, the entrance to the building, and the beach. It was a little much to remember the numbers and type them every time you needed access. A card would have been much easier to deal with scanning.

    The apartment was clean, lovely furnished, and everything needed for the vacation was there. The view it has from the balcony in breath taking.     I know this is not paradise but it sure felt like it. From opening the balcony doors to listen to the ocean waves or the quick easy access to a nice secluded white sand beach, we loved our stay. It was very relaxing. Rooms and facility were clean and well kept. Looking forward to our next vacation to Miramar Beach!

    The unit was awesome, just as the pictures were online. Plenty of room for the family, great parking facility, beautiful pool, and right on the white sand.

    Overall we were very pleased with the Condo and the easy access to everything! The one suggestion we would have is the unit needs to supply more Toliet paper per bathroom and more Papr towels! Also there were no pot holders! But overwise all else was good

    Love the location. The furniture is a little uncomfortable for long term stays (we were there three months) otherwise it is wonderful!
