Located only minutes away from the sugar-white beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beachy getaway is the Florida vacation of your dreams.

Since you’re here for the sand, sun, and warm ocean waters, you’ll feel right at home in the beachy ambiance of this 30A vacation rental. Decked out in calming colors inspired by the stunning sights of seaside Florida, this home is also adorned in art featuring beachy views and accented by the ample sunlight invited in by the home’s numerous windows. The second floor of this home features an open plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen is decked out with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast bar with seating for four. A balcony accessible from this floor is also the perfect place to catch the first rays of the day or watching the sun set below the horizon.

When it’s time to relax after a full day of basking in the sand and soaking up some sun, there are 4 bedrooms for you and your guests to retire to for a great night’s sleep. A bedroom featuring a king bed and attached full bathroom are on the first floor. On the second floor, you’ll find another bedroom, complete with a king bed and full private bathroom. Head to the third floor for the rest of the sleeping areas. The master suite features a king-sized bed and private balcony. The master bath includes double sinks, a soaking tub and a stand-alone shower. Another bedroom on this features full bunk beds and a twin trundle and a private bath.

Tucked away between 3 state parks and the iconic Gulf shoreline is the community of Santa Rosa Beach. This quaint, coastal town features modern condos and stellar single-family homes that are sure to impress! A longstanding local spot for eclectic shops, eateries and homes, this area surrounding Scenic Highway 30A is often sought after for a laid-back beach lifestyle. Its restaurants and stores are locally owned and at the heart of the community’s vibe. The 30A bike path will offer a safe, dedicated option to check it all out! Within a short loop you can grab coffee at nearby Gulf Place or stop by the bakery by heading back east to Blue Mountain Beach. Enjoy days on the beach and biking through Blue Lupine, the area’s native blue flowering plant. When you’re ready for more adventure, seek out the numerous biking and hiking trails that twist and turn through the surrounding Point Washington State Forest.     This house was perfect! We had 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. It was so nice that every bedroom had their own bathroom! The house was clean and well maintained. The golf cart was definitely a nice addition. Would recommend for sure!

    My family of 8 stayed here and it was perfect ! There was plenty of room for everyone, and all the beds were so comfy! The golf cart was so nice to have to go to the beach or out to eat. The beach takes about 7 minutes to walk to, or just a couple minutes in the golf cart. Just make sure you get to the beach about 7:30 a.m so you can get a good spot. It fills up super fast! We ate at Goat Feathers across the street and everything was so good. Very fresh seafood. It was a great trip!

    Wonderful time and so close to the beach! The bedroom space is fantastic! Living room a little small for everyone, but we weren’t home much so it was fine. Remember to bring lots of extras like trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, etc! Golf cart is a huge plus, but the beach walk is so close you barely need it. Quick drive to seaside and beyond, also. Walking east a half mile takes you to Gulf Place with shopping and dining and a little artist area. So many bathrooms is a huge plus, but water got cold quickly for after beach showers so if you have a lot of people, stagger or keep ‘em short! Best time :)

    This is our second year in a row we’ve stayed here, which is the first time we stayed in same house twice. What sells us is the golf cart! The house is close to the beach but golf cart makes life so much easier. A few things we had issues with, the ceiling fan in master blade was broken off could not use the fan. Main floor tv didn’t work at all, all and all great house and I’m sure we’ll be back!

    We had a great experience. The living room area isn't big enough for the amount of people that can stay here... or at least there needs to be more seating.
    The walk to the beach was easy and the golf cart was AMAZING!

    This was a very nice vacation home for my family. Although we had to drive a bit to get to everything, it was in a nice quiet area.

    my wife and I had a wonderful week at our favorite vacation destination. We have stayed on this same street a couple of times, but in a different house. Windsome Dream was just as fantastic. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach via the provided golf cart. Great stay!
