This two story townhome is located bayside on the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. From your private back deck, soak in views of the lake, the fairway, and the bay. You’ll find 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. The first floor features modern flooring with chic décor and neutral colors for that airy beach house feel. Follow this high end design into the kitchen equipped with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, plus all the items you need to prep and cook. Your guests can relax in the living room with comfy furnishings and flat screen TV or on the back deck as the sun sets.
If you’re traveling with kids, this is the perfect setup, as you’ll find a space upstairs with a guest bedroom and den. The 2 twin beds, en suite bath, and flat screen TV in the den will give them the space they need to enjoy their getaway, too. Downstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, and luxe en suite bath, featuring a spa-like walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. This space is decorated to the nines, but you’ll find the same luxuries in the second guest bedroom just down the hall. This space features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with the same comfort and style.

    We really enjoyed our trip. This is the first time we stayed at this resort. The location was amazing. The resort staff were very helpful and kind. Almost everything we did was accessible by golf cart. There was so much to do for the entire family. The house provided beautiful views and was closely located to the pool. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again. We hated to leave!

    Second stay here in six months- we love this home and especially the location. The view cannot be beat! It’s very comfortable and spacious for our family of four and dog. The golf cart needed some attention because the battery was not charging from the outside charger, and My Vacation Haven addressed it immediately.

    The floors could have been cleaned better as a pair of white socks dirtied up pretty quickly when walking around. Beach chairs in the beach closet are only comfortable for a child. Not made for an average adult. Other than those 2 minor items, we enjoyed the use of the golf cart with pretty much anything you might need minutes away.

    The condo was clean and beds were super comfy which makes a huge difference in a condo for vacation. Great community and quiet. The only thing I would say is there is no TV in the 2 spare bedrooms. The only bedroom with a TV was a master so my kids didn’t have tv’s. Everything else was wonderful. Golf cart was great having. Best ponds and caught many bass and a blue gill.

    We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and great location. The golf buggy wasn’t available when we arrived so we telephoned the office to see where it was. We were informed it had a fault. The next day a replacement buggy was delivered to us to use - we were very happy with that. We Definately recommend.

    This unit was very nice. Only complain would be the pots and pans and the cooking knives we had to buy some smaller knives, only knife was a huge chefs knife. Other then my knife issue everything else was wonderful.

    The condo was beautiful and exactly as listed. Centrally located in Sandestin with 6-person golf cart to travel the resort in style.     Overall our vacation was wonderful and the weather was a dream. We had minor issues with the kitchen in our unit and learning the lay of the land in the resort we stayed in would have required a two week stay, but again overall it was lovely.

    Great area. Friendly neighbors. Enjoyed fishing in the lake and watching the golfers. Kids loved the layout upstairs with the loft. Very roomy. Would for sure stay here again. If there was a golf cart it would be even better since that is how most of the community gets around.

    Everything was clean and put together in this condo. Bed and furniture was very son and husband spent the majority of their time fishing at the many spots all over Sandestin. I spent my time relaxing, feeding the turtles and at the pool. The outdoor patio area was so relaxing and peaceful. We loved the restaurants in Baytown. We also enjoyed eating at the Sunset Bay café. It was nice walk to the café. We definitely will stay again!

    Really nice accomodations for 4 beach worthy women for the week. Property was really nice. Loved the large deck with wrap around bench seating. That came in handy for those lazy moments to golf watch and enjoy the sunset.
    Beds were all very comfortable and the amenities were great, especially the 4K flat screen in the living area.
    No noisy neighbors or interruptions noted except the property maintenance guys cutting grass early in the morning. Close proximity to the Silver Sands Outlet mall and popular eating establishments.
    We did have a problem with the bathroom fan in the Master Bathroom and the maintenance person came right away to look at it.
    The one suggestion I have for the owners would be to have a pantry area for food items, etc..
    We all bought groceries at the local market and found there was no place to put anything that wasn't refrigerated. All cabinets were occupied by dishes and glassware.

    We had a great as we always do when we visit Miramar Gl, this was our 4 year staying in San Destin Golf and Beach Resort. The only problem we had with our stay is the pots and pan and no room. We are a family that come for a week stay so we grocery shop and cook dinner the whole week. There was only a small skillet, a big skillet and a medium size pot. We had to cook one thing at a time. Real inconvenience. There was no broom to sweep the sand up. And we could not get the grill to work. All in all we had a wonderful time.

    My family and I loved this place! Very clean and spacious for us all to stretch out. I will definitely be back! I had to call the property management once for the wifi code, it was after hours and they returned my call by 8am the next day. Thank you.

    The area was beautiful; the unit was clean, spacious and ready for enjoyment. I liked the electronic access. We did experience a maintenance issue. I phoned it in and we went to dinner and the issue was fully addressed before we returned. A door hanger was left and the issues were resolved. We loved feeding the turtles in the lagoon behind the facility as well as watching the little garter snake that lived below the wood walk in the front.
