It has LVP flooring on all three floors. Decked out with bright neutrals reminiscent of the Emerald Coast’s sugar white sands, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beauty is nothing shy of a palatial beach getaway dream come true!

Aqua Seas, located in the Las Palmas community, sleeps 10 guests with bedrooms generously spaced throughout the house for maximum privacy. The first floor boasts an open concept floor plan perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has a dining table that seats eight and a counter bar with additional seating for two. A full suite of stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are as elegant as they are functional. Neutral furnishings and aquatic blue accents in the main living area and expansive kitchen embodies coastal chic style.

The living space opens to a patio where you’ll find a grill and plenty of space to kick back and relax. It’s perfect for a BBQ for everyone staying with you at Aqua Seas. The master bedroom, en suite bathroom, and an additional half bath are located on the first floor. Upstairs on floors two and three, you have the home’s other four bedrooms. The rooms on floor two both have queen beds and a shared full bath. There’s also balcony access on floor two.

Floor three has ample space—a queen bed is in one room and two twin beds are in the other. Third floor balcony access allows you to look out over the gorgeous Las Palmas community and at the sparkling Emerald Coast and Gulf of Mexico—days of fun await! No pets permitted.

There’s so much to do nearby from bike trails to nature trails. Aqua Seas is located near Gulf Place where you’ll find coffee, bicycle rentals, ice-cream, and dining…including popular Shunk Gulleys, just across from the beach.

    Our stay at Aqua of the Seas was a wonderful experience. We loved the space and location to the beach. It was a super short walk to the Spooky Lane entrance and far less crowded then the one down the street. Having all the chairs and beach toys was a huge plus.

    Very well equipped home. All the kitchen dishes, pots and pans you will need! 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Room for everyone! Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach!

    Great house with multiple levels that gives each guest space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Short walk to the beach and in close proximity to some nice restaurants. The customer service was great and quick to reply to any questions. Easy check in and check out.

    We loved this home! Beautifully decorated, spacious accommodations. We enjoyed the seclusion of the outdoor patio area. The beach supplies that were provided were great, we used them every day. The outdoor grill was a nice added feature. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. Very easy to get to the beach access as well, and within walking distance to the restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again!

    Beautiful home! Super clean, great condition, beautiful view of the water from 3rd floor deck! House has everything you need. The bicycles were so fun! Very short walk to the beach, and great restaurants. Planning to come back and stay here again!!!

    House was amazing. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was room for everyone to have their own space and time together. It is right near the beach so no packing up the car. We loved our stay.
