Abacos 307 is a cute coastal condo located on Scenic Highway 30A, right across the street from the popular Gulf Place Town Center and the Ed Walline Public Beach Access. The condo features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sunny living space, and a juliet balcony with Gulf views. Accommodating up to ten vacationers, it’s the perfect rental for a family vacation or getaway with friends.

The two-level condo boasts a spacious, open great room on the second floor. A set of sliding glass doors lead to the juliet balcony. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa in the loveseat. In the dining area, a large table and chandelier set the tone for a nice meal, which leads into the modern kitchen.

Three bedrooms are located on the first level. One of these is the master suite, which features a king bed. The master bedroom’s private, en suite bath has dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. Each of the two guest bedrooms includes a queen bed and share a full hall bathroom.

A stay at the Abacos condo complex comes with great vacation amenities. The condo is located across the street from a public beach access, meaning guests can be soaking in emerald-toned waters only minutes after leaving the vacation rental. It also has a gated swimming pool and expansive sun patio, perfect for a refreshing swim or sunbathing. With Gulf Place Town Center next door, you’re within walking distance to a variety of boutiques, specialty shops, and a grassy amphitheater that hosts seasonal events and live music concerts. Try out the casual restaurants like Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, or Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar that are only a minute's walk away. Abacos #307 was fantastic in every way for my family’s vacation to 30A!!The service provided from the booking agency was phenomenal, the location was perfect, & the space and amenities were top-notch!!We will definitely look to book this condo again for a future vacation to the beautiful 30A area!!

Overall

Very nice and spacious condo. Location couldn't be better, being right across from the beach access. Plenty of restaurants within a few hundred feet and nearby destinations aren't too far. Condo was clean and everything worked fine. No complaints!

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 8 of us to eat,sleep and relax. Plenty of parking in units lot.Could walk to public beach and restaurants. Santa Rosa beach is a beautiful area to stay.

Booking was a breeze, checkin was so easy, and the home is beautiful! It had everything I needed for my stay, and being able to see the ocean from the living room was a nice bonus. Loved walking to Shunk Gulley and the Perfect Pig for delicious meals, and the beach access is less than a minute's walk. A perfect stay!!

We had an amazing vacation staying in Abacos 307! Not only is the condo beautiful, but it is spacious and well stocked with all the necessities. Most importantly, it is clean! Everyone had a wonderful night's sleep each night. I cannot say enough about how comfortable the master bed and pillows were. The beach access a few steps across the street is wonderful and so convenient. Having all the shops within a short walking distance is so nice. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend Abacos 307 enough! We loved it and cannot wait to come back!

This was absolutely the perfect escape from every day living. Not only are you in the middle of the historic 30A, but once you get here you won’t want to leave! The condo was beautiful and spacious, and that’s only the beginning. The kids loved the ice cream/candy shop downstairs and beach right across the street. The Shunk Galley right next door turned out to have best seafood we had all week in the Destin area. This turned out to be the best Destin vacation we’ve had in years, and we can’t wait to come back. The arrival process was smooth and we truly didn’t have to leave the area for morning coffee or food. If you’re looking for a family get away this is the spot to be!

As someone who no longer stays in hotels, I get to see the full spectrum of rental property owners and management. You can tell that this is an experienced group by the great communication before and during the stay, the thoughtful touches and amenities, and great recommendations for local restaurants, coffee shops, night life (and the adult ice cream shop on the property!). Know that you are in good hands!So the condo is spacious and great, but EVEN IF it were terrible, this would still be a highly recommended stay. You just can’t put a price on being able to walk out of the condo and having immediate access to a boardwalk! No driving to a parking lot, no sand in the car, no lugging lunches, etc. We have 3 little kids, so this was a lifesaver for us! Right on the beach in a minute, cute shops, live music gently playing right outside the balcony doors, Seaside just a short drive down the road… It was a fantastic stay.

Great place! Love that we could walk to the beach! And all of the restaurants do close, we didn’t have to leave! It’s clean and quiet too. So nice! Would definitely stay again.
