"Fanta Sea" is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom bayside home that sleeps 8 comfortably. The master features a king bed and walk in closet, as well as an en suite bath with double vanity and large walk-in shower. The rental has two upstairs guest bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. This rental is perfect for snowbirds looking to fly south for the winter or a family looking to rest and relax in the Florida sun.

All bedrooms offer neutral tones and comfy updated furnishings which flow into an open concept living area, perfect for entertaining friends and family. You’ll find a full kitchen for your vacation use that offers stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, and a breakfast bar with added seating.

Perhaps the best part of the house is the screened porch equipped with extra chairs and a flat screen TV. Let’s not forget an added bonus—one of your very own golf cart! Scoot around the resort in style just like the locals.

Best Fall Trip to the beach ever!

3 nights just wasn't enough! We loved everything about this rental from the location to the decor! Having the golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. The water was the prettiest I've ever seen it. We also enjoyed the convenience of Publix and wonderful restaurants all a quick golf cart ride away. The area is just gorgeous. We will be back and next time for at least a week!

Awesome get away. The neighborhood was very beautiful everything was just a golf cart drive away. The home was very clean and beautiful with every amenity you could think of readily available. We loved the enclosed patio with the television we were able to play games and eat dinner without being bothered by insects. Over all great stay we will be back soon. We loved Florida

First time staying in Destin with out being directly on the beach. Myself and Family was not disappointed. House was great and well stocked. Everything inside in working condition and very nice. We had a problem with one of the golf carts but the service department took care of it right away. (Special thanks to Pam Norton--Guest Support Services.). Loved the ability to move around the resort and see everything and just a short trip to the beach. Will be back!

We received a voicemail a month or 2 prior to arrival that 1 of the 2 golf carts was out of order and no ETA on it being fixed and no further communication received. Having 2 golf carts was one of the top 2 reasons we booked this property. Also, we received a call a couple hours prior to arrival that the washer was also out of order and were told a vendor would be out to repair the next day. I called the first 3 days for updates and the washer was still not repaired when we left this morning. Again, having a washer when vacationing at the beach is a high priority when booking a property. Other than these issues, our stay was great and would have given 5 stars

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Fanta Sea. We love staying in Sandestin and using golf carts to go to the beach and the Grand Boulevard shopping/ eating areas. The property was very clean and updated. We enjoyed hanging out on the screened in front porch and the pool was just feet away from the house. The only issue we had was that the title for the listing had 2 golfcarts, which was the main reason we chose this particular house. We were traveling with 7 people. However, we were told prior to taking our trip that there would only be one golf cart and there was essentially nothing we could do as Sandestin does not allow for outside rentals. We were disappointed that the property management company could not offer us any sort of solution or compensation. By the time we found out about the issue, other properties were booked. We made the most of it and still had a great time!

We have stayed in Sandestin several times and most times the units would leave your feet black, however this one was impressively clean! Great fun on the golf carts with the kids plus they had beach toys which was a nice perk.

Property was awesome, great community, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, nice screened in porch, 2 golf carts, equipped with everything you need, the location is ideal, quick golf cart ride to beach, several great restaurants and shopping you can also drive golf carts too, you can stay here and never have to drive outside of Sandestin, highly recommend!!!

House was just as advertised and located in a great little area of Baytown. The golf carts came in handy and we enjoyed using them. The house had plenty of space and clean. We did have a plug issue, but it was cleared up quickly. We would 100% rent it again! Kim

This bungalo was fantastic! Super clean...I'm a clean freak and it was up to my standards!! This was by far the best rental we have stayed in. The golf carts were such a great addition and we used them to get around the resort and to the beach! We had an issue with kitchen faucet, but all I had to do was call and it was fixed within an hour!! We will definitely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

We stayed here for a week and the house was fantastic. Very clean upon arrival and the host was quick to answer any questions. TWO golf carts make getting around Sandestin and to the beach a breeze. Be sure to visit the Wharf on Tuesday nights for fireworks :) Pool is right outside the door. Will stay again

Our family can’t stop talking about how wonderful this place was. House was spotless on arrival . Host was quick to answer any questions . Two golf carts are great for getting around Sandestin and to the beach. You can even take them to Publix and local restaurants. Be sure to take the family to the wharf for all kinds of fun, food and drinks (fireworks every Tuesday are amazing). The beach is amazing and a short golf cart ride away. This was our third year in sandestin and I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a great vacation home .

We rented the FantaSea bunglo for 6 days for our family. We absolutely loved the decor, layout, amenities and comfort of the home! The neighborhood feel and short walk to the pool is another major perk. It was nice to lounge on the screened porch and drink coffee each morning. We had a group of 7, and could all sit comfortably for dinner at night. The beds were extremely comfortable with lots of extra pillows. Sandestin resort has so much to offer! Having two golf carts made it so easy to get around and fit all of our beach gear! Our vacation was a dream and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very nice. We had issues with the bathroom outlets not working but My Vacation Haven was very responsive to the issue. Once they came out and showed me where the breakers were I was able to take care of the problem a couple more times during the week. The biggest disappointment was the blue golf cart only going 13 mph and having rear suspension issues and not being able to use the back seats because the fenders would rub on the tires. The speed limit in the neighborhood is from 20-23 mph so you would get a long line of traffic behind you when driving around. They did come out to take a look and said they were aware of the problem from previous renters but there was nothing they could do to fix it. Again MVH was very responsive to the issue so we just made due with what we had. Overall it was a enjoyable vacation.

This is our third time staying at the Bungalo’s but the 1st time in this unit. We loved it. We decided last minute & everything from booking, checkin & checkout was a breeze. The Bungalo was clean and beautiful. It is stocked with everything you need. Even had golf putters & balls to use on the putting green located at the pool. The 2 golf carts were nice to have to take to beach, Wharf or cruising around the resort. Look forward to staying here again.
