This beautifully remodeled townhome on the bayside of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort will be your favorite beach destination. Enough room for 8 people and 2 golf carts included to cruise the resort will have you wanting to come back year after year. The thoughtful design and attention to detail in this property will make you feel right at home with everything you need.

Guest parking is available at the front door of the townhome, along with the 2 golf carts available for renter use to go to the beach, or to the shops and restaurants and entertainment throughout the resort. This townhome also comes with resort tram passes to use as well.

The townhome has a wonderful open concept layout on the first floor with a full kitchen, dining area, living area and screened porch overlooking the lake, golf course and marina. You will also find a half bathroom and newly constructed bunk room and queen sleeper sofa for convenience on the first floor. On the second floor you will find a master suite with private balcony and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and also an en suite bathroom. There is also a full size washer & dryer on the 2nd floor.

    After 4 previous stays with my vacation haven- this one was the worst .
    Booked because of two golf carts - got a call the day before for a second year In a row that the cart was broke . After many phone calls and emails of being told to just use the tram - the team brought over a loaner cart .
    That cart proved itself a to be a challenge ( wouldn’t hold a charge - had to push it back to house 3 times- and the tags were expired and was harassed by security 3 times and given a written warning on last day )
    The house itself was fine - bunk room is just an old storage closet turned and not big enough for teens - only would be good for little kids if they wanted to stay on main floor in a closet size room.
    Trash can in my the. That was provided was a little bigger than a bathroom size trash cans ( maybe 4 gallons worth )
    Last day the 6 seater golf cart was returned ( took 11 days to fix). Took it out once ( horn didn’t work and the lights didn’t work either so it was again useless )
    No hose to wash down feet prior to coming In house from beach either.
    Just like everything in world price has increased and quality has decreased .

    5 stays this will be our last ..

    This is a great option on bayside. Beds are comfortable, back porch is amazing, easy access to everything Sandestin offers, and golf carts are the perfect added bonus! Would return!

    Spring Break Vacation

    We had an amazing stay and vacation at the Sandestin Resort. We’ve rented a few other units from My Haven, but this one was by far the best location, clean and well-kept one we’ve stayed at. Loved having two working golf carts, as we stayed with another family. The pond and green space in the back was a great place for the kids to run around. Only complaint was having a few more bath and kitchen towels to rotate with the laundry. Otherwise, a great stay!

    Very clean and a great spot for a family. They should give a list of items you need to bring as they are very limited in what they provide. Bring all your own cooking spices, extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, extra trash bags, etc. as they do not provide more if you run out of the couple they provide.

    We loved the pond in the back and that you can fish. The location is quiet and close to everything.

    Having two golf carts with kids is great and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay! Just was disappointed with the property management company, they called asking if we needed anything and I asked for toilet paper and paper towels. They said they don't provide extra- for the price they should at least provide enough for a weeks stay.
