Beautifully remodeled one story pet friendly beach home located in the exclusive gated SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. This home also features a 6 seat golf cart for cruising the resort, going to the private resort beach access, and even riding to the shops and restaurants in the adjacent Grand Boulevard.

This coastal luxury home has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with stainless appliances and lots of room to relax and enjoy paradise. The private driveway and carport outside will make it easy to get in and out when needed. The carport is even stocked with beach items for a fun day at the beach. There is a back patio with a dining table and chairs and a BBQ grill to enjoy the beach life.

The master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate vanity area. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and is across the hall from the second full bathroom also with a walk in shower. The second guest bedroom is a fun bunk room that has a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk with a pullout twin trundle bed--great for the kids or the kids at heart!

When you are ready to explore the resort, just hop on the included 6 seat golf cart, or the resort tram and cruise around to view the golfers, tropical palm trees, ponds, the Bay, tennis courts, basketball courts, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, the beach and more!

    We loved our quick after-holiday getaway to beautiful Sandestin! Everything was just as described- clean, quiet, comfy, well-stocked & cozy! The weather even warmed up enough for us to enjoy taking the golf cart out for a ride through the resort. We’ll be back!

    This was one of our Favorite vacations we have ever taken. The house was clean and well maintained. The development where it was located had everything you could possibly dream off. We adventured the downtown boardwalk, fished, went to the beach, and did so much more!

    Location was great, place was as advertised. No issues the whole time we were there. Only complaint was there was only one pool that we could use that we found and it was like 100 degrees. But you expect that with Florida in July

    Our rental was the perfect size for us and a good lay out that was mobility friendly for our aging parents. We enjoyed the golf cart -- our only wish was paper maps or a better intro or resources for what is actually available to do. When you self check in -- its convenient but no orientation to the grounds. While we figured out lots of things -- there were a few things that would have been helpful to know.
    The grounds are very well kept and the home is well stocked. Beds were very comfortable,

    The home was perfectly clean and comfortable. I would only say that blinds need to be installed on the patio doors. Other than that I loved this rental.
