We could only account for 13 wristbands after 2 hours at the property - are you certain there were 14 when we arrived? I also awoke on Sunday for a $50 fine for parking on the grass. I saw my son park with his front tire 4-5 inches on the grass and he backed the car up to move it over on the driveway, but evidently still has some of his tire touching grass. I am looking at $150 in fines due to these two events. Seems excessive. Other than that the experience was great.

We loved our stay. Perfect property for our family. The extra Casita added the perfect space for 3 families. Close to every thing the beach clubhouse courts. Great walking and biking paths.
