This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Fairways community of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is the perfect secluded retreat and is only minutes from the gorgeous beaches of The Emerald Coast. The single story cottage includes a screened porch with a pond view!

This lakeside home is filled with natural light and lake views. Relax on the sectional sofa with the entire family for a movie night. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basic essentials for a night in and the breathtaking patio area provides the perfect romantic setting for a candlelit dinner. Not looking to stay in? No problem! Head to one of the many restaurant options on the resort for a night on the town, not to mention the delicious food and local shops you're sure to encounter.

The lively master bedroom hosts a king bed and with corresponding hall bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and en suite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area as well.

The best part? The 4 seater golf cart that is included with your stay! Cruise around the resort in style and see all that the area has to offer.

    The stay was great my only complaint would be the golf cart headlights and battery gauge did not work properly,the headlights went out on us while driving at night,coming back from the beach we held out a phone light so others could see us.with that being said it never left us stuck,if not for that i would give the place 5 stars.

    The location was perfect for a well needed rest and relaxation vacation. My wife has Parkinson’s and the one floor, single cottage was what was needed for her mobility issues. The internal open layout was nice as was the relaxing screened in porch with a view of the lagoon. We will return in the future.

    We had a great time. We really enjoyed it . But the 2 nd day the golf cart would not charge that was very disappointing because that’s one of the reasons we like staying there . But other than that we had a great time. Thanks so much . ��

Upon our departure inspection, our golf cart technician found that the batteries were completely depleted because the cart was left off the charger.     Everything was great! When we arrived the A/C was broken. They had it fixed within an hour. We loved the location and the golf cart was a plus. The unit was clean . The outdoor screened porch and deck on the lake was really nice. The only thing that was frustrating was because we booked through My vacation haven we couldn’t use the amenities that the San section golf and beach resort offered. All in all it was a great trip and would come here again.

    Our family enjoyed a beautiful
    5 day stay at the Sandestin Resort. We loved the home, inside and out! The use of the 4-seater golf cart was a game changer as we could run around the resort. Easy access to great shopping, including a Publix grocery store. The resort beaches were gorgeous and the Beach House Bar and Grill was fun, affordable and good!

    This is our 4th stay in this specific unit and we have enjoyed it each time! The unit has everything our small family needs to be comfortable and we enjoy the quiet location. The unit is well furnished and we love having the option of a screened porch or outdoor area. As a side note, we ourselves were previous owners in Sandestin and used to rent our own property. Unfortunately, we did not use MVH as our rental company back then. We have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit with each visit. I wish we had know about you guys previously, as we definitely would have made a switch from our management company!

    We come to San Destin every year but normally stay in the village area but this trip I wanted to do something a little different. The home was immaculate and very Chic...Love the decor! My son enjoyed the catch and release fishing the most!The enclosed deck was def. a highlight as well! It was great having a golf cart to commute to the village. My family and I have found a new favorite place to stay in Destin. Thank You
    *Only one minor thing..The property is in need of More comfortable mattresses. We had to go to Walmart and purchase foam mattress toppers.

    I can e with my son who is 11 along with my mom and her twin who are in their 70’s. It was perfect for my mom and aunt and they didn’t have to worry about stairs. Such a cute place . Beds were cozy too! Nice and clean and just a beautiful resort neighborhood. My son and I loved hanging out by the lake in back . I got a fishing license and we fished and enjoyed the view. The golf cart was so convenient! My son and I took it to the beach and to the Baytowne Wharf! The Wharf has entertainment for children and adults! Would definitely come back !

    Very clean and cozy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you could need. We appreciated the beach chairs and sand toys as it was one less thing we had to pack. The golf cart was convenient and fun. Overall I was very impressed and would stay here again.

    The bungalo was wonderful. However, it was NOT clean at all. In fact, there was peepee on the seat in the bathroom that was supposedly clean. Also, the lights on the golf cart did not work. Despite this, i would stay there again.

    This unit was clean, well stocked, and had beach chairs and an umbrella. Loved the location, it was so easy to get around on the golf cart!
