Lounge around in the spacious living area while the group’s chef creates culinary delights from the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and gorgeous cabinetry. It’s already stocked with all the cooking essentials your group needs to make this a vacation in paradise. After dining, retreat to the back patio and relax as you gaze at the serene lake and listen to the sounds of nature all around you. There’s plenty of seating options for the whole group to experience a quiet reprieve from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Both bedrooms feature delightful beach décor, comfortable king beds, and televisions to help entertain as you drift off to sleep in a sea of tranquility. There are 2 baths, each complete with a sliding glass shower door, so every member of your group has ample privacy. There’s also a loft area, featuring 2 twin beds for the youngsters in your group!

A standout feature of this beach escape is its incredible location. Hop on the golf cart or walk about 10 minutes to the white sandy beach, where you can bask in the sun and make sandcastles until it’s time to watch the sunset fade into the Gulf of Mexico. You can also take a dip in the refreshing community pool or take part in “catch and release” fishing from the privacy of your back patio.

    This was absolute must. The villa was very clean and updated. We did have an issue with the golf cart not starting, but was quickly attended to by staff Morgan and Derrick and was fixed tht day! It was a new cart too. Something miner caused by weather. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! We will be backThanks Chad C

    We really enjoyed the villa and will consider renting it again. We liked having an end unit. It was fun having the golf cart available even though we only used it once. This was the first trip we have taken with our pets, and they settled right in.

    We had a great stay for our family of 5 and fur baby. The house had great amenities, especially for cooking since we bought groceries and ate the majority of our meals at the house (pots, pans, crockpot, plates, bowls, utensils). The beds were a little firm but they were comfortable. The golf cart was a huge plus and was super convenient to get back and forth to the beach. The house had some beach chairs and toys to use which was also nice. The house was clean and spacious. It was exactly what my family was looking for. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next summer!

    We have vacationed at Sandestin every fall break for the past 13 years. We normally stay in Westwinds but decided we needed a change; it was one of the best decisions that we've ever made! The Villa was so inviting, clean, comfortable, and spacious! We loved the golf cart and lake views. Our family had a wonderful time in the beautifully decorated fully-functional Villa. We hope to stay in the same place next year!

    The villa is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The golf cart is a must while staying in Sandestin. The kids had a blast with the short ride to the beach and the back to Baytown Wharf for the evening.

    We loved the resort area. It was very peaceful with a short golf cart ride to the beach. The backyard view of the pond was nice and relaxing while sitting out with morning coffee or afternoon lunch. The place was well kept and we enjoyed the bikes and all the beach toys and chairs that were provided. Overall we enjoyed our trip and look forward to booking again.

    The villa is very spacious and very well furnished. Located few steps from pool and the golf cart is a huge plus with this rental property.

    I have used My Vacation Haven for several years and have stayed in several different rentals. This rental was great. I loved everything about it. It was especially nice to have a golf cart and outside shower. The rental was very nice and clean. We brought out two teenage daughters and their friends, and had plenty of room for everyone. I love the way that the rentals always come with beach chairs and umbrellas along with toys. This is an extra bonus if you don't want to bring your own. Once again we created great memories at the beach, in a great beach rental.

    Our first trip to SanDestin and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Location to beach, pet friendly, golf cart, relaxing lake view, beautiful pool, layout and overall feel of the villa ... all perfect! Golf cart was definitely key as we used it tons ... no need for a car even to go to the grocery store! Beach Walk villas and SanDestin community are just wonderful and booking this unit was a breeze ... great communication just when you needed it! Our family was sad to leave and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

    SanDestin is a great community. Having the golf cart at our disposal was KEY! We literally never had to take the car anywhere except one night we went down into Destin for dinner. The unit was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed (except a little fire pit because it got chilly that weekend LOL)

    We have rented this home twice now and I will be ready to rent it again next year. It is in a perfect location for the beach or the restaurants and shops on Grand Blvd. The golf cart is a must!

    You can tell the owners and the management company have thought of everything.

    We loved coming in the fall and want to make a fall trip again next year!

    The place was very inviting, clean, and cozy. The perk was having the golf cart and the very short drive to the beach. We had to evacuate for a couple days but the staff at Vacation Haven were very helpful and kept us up to date about weather conditions. We will definitely be back!

    We loved staying in Beach walk villa 5143. This was our first time staying here. We will definitely be coming back. We enjoyed fishing the ponds, the golf cart, and of course the beach. The best part was being able to ride the golf cart to Baytowne warf and Publix. There was no need to get in the car and sit in traffic.

    Our family of four rented this place instead of a place in the Hilton or one of the condos. Granted, there is no beach view here, but everything else was a much better experience than we would have had in the hotel or condo.
    The house is spacious and in wonderful condition. With the two king-sized bedrooms there is a great deal of privacy. We are a family of four, but the place could sleep 6 very easily.
    The property backs up to one of the small lakes and has a nice seating area in the shade of some beautiful pines. We used the brand new grill that was provided, and ate several meals in the villa, saving quite a bit of money.
    The golf cart that came with the house is very nice and very fast. When we wanted to hit the beach, we loaded up in it and headed to the parking lot designed for the golf carts. We would be on the beach in about the same time that it would take someone to get there from one of the high floors of the condos or hotel. There is a very nice pool about 100 yards from the villa.
    We even had a few friends stop by for a visit. They all said that they wished they had stayed in this place instead of the beachside options.
    We plan to be back.
