About the Community of Luau
Just steps away from the beach is your Miramar Beach vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed Wi-Fi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. We had a nice 1 bedroom unit in Luau I and could not have been happier. Lots of windows and a stunning east-view that over-looked an adjacent nature preserve. Great view of the beach. We would stay there again, for sure.

We had the best view from the 17th floor. One thing I would change on my part is to call and make sure the condo assigned to us had a walk-in shower. I requested it online but we had a very tall tub which my mother-in-law could not get in. This is what I have to do with hotels even though I request walk-in showers.

Just what we had hoped for . Great view of the gulf from our wrap around,corner deck on the 17th floor. Very nicely furnished and a great mattress. The resort its self is fabulous . We hope to return to this unit again.

Spotless condo on the 17th floor made for perfect views. It was beautiful,clean,and safe for a girls trip. There was plenty of parking in and the the garage and an easy walk to the beach. Great restaurants either a walk or trolly ride away.

Condo was nicely decorated and the view was Beautiful from every room! Loved the wrap around balcony. My only complaint would be that the rental company was not flexible AT ALL with check-in. There was no one in the unit before us yet that would not even allow us to check in an hour early. Overall the entire process was seamless, all codes worked perfectly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely incredible. Our favorite beach place stay! From the moment you walk into the unit, you are greeted with a clean air smell, incredible floor to ceiling window views of the beach and ocean, very comfortable and luxurious decor and furniture and then a wrap around balcony to take in the ocean air! Our stay was over the top great that we honestly hated the morning we had to leave.We were offered a discount rate if we wanted to arrive a day earlier, which we took part. Very nice addition to the entire stay. The master bed offered extreme comfort with clean soft sheets. We didn’t have the tvs on, but it did offer cable tv etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean. The bathroom was stocked with the right amount of linens. My wife loved the two gift style boxes My Vacation Haven provided for the kitchen and bathroom soaps, etc. The location of the unit is a short walk to the beach. The property has access to a free shuttle to entertainment/restaurants. Mini golf is a short walk away. The pool is a big bonus to jump into on the way back from the beach. We honestly do not have any negative feedback and only positive feedback to give to My Vacation Haven. I don’t want to submit this feedback because it’ll shed light on the greatness of this unit possibly making it harder to book in the future. Well done and thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your unit!!!!!!!

Our condo was very clean, the views were great, it was very walk in friendly. I liked that it had the rules on the wall and fridge so we knew what was expected of us & how it all worked. We had passes in our room for the pool & shuttle at our leisure. There was two restaurants on the beach within mins of walking from our room. I do have to say, the sliding door on the balcony you have to put your whole body into opening it & then some, it was extremely heavy. Parking was easy, lots of it, we rarely saw other people there. They have little comp kits they give you for the kitchen and bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in there, but the dryer had to be run 3-4x to dry a tiny load, even with min clothes, & a clean vent. We would definitely recommend it. They do have cleaning rules where you have to clean up before you leave and take out the trash which I found odd bc you pay a hefty cleaning fee to have that done. We left at 930am and there was a man and woman standing directly outside of our door waiting for us to leave, which was awkward, but they were nice. All in all, very clean, awesome views, would recommend.

This was a fantastic experience. The directions to access the rental was seamless. The condo was clean and ready for us. The access to the beach was simple, and the balcony was divine. The only thing I can think of that would have been nice, is if there had been some basic spices in the kitchen. The mattress was a bit less than stellar, though we have a really nice one at home, so that is the usual feeling we have when traveling. All told, this was a wonderful getaway that was needed and we enjoyed it fully!

We had a great experience and really enjoyed this rental and facility. Our son (2 1/2) enjoyed the pool the most and we spent most of our time there. This rental was perfect for us and we stay again. The blinds were a little hard to figure out and it would have been nice to have a binder/cheat sheet like other properties that we've stayed at have had. We also cooked a few meals and there were no pot holders or a sink stopper for the kitchen sink. Again, nothing major but just some things to be aware of. Everything was fantastic. We highly recommend eating at The Beach House. We ate there twice during our 7 day stay.

It was our second time in this unit. We loved even more, this time we spend a week over there and it was awesome. I got one day with bad weather but even than the view still amazing. No complains. We contact management with a small issue and they were right there to help right away.
This time we used the BBQ and an employer was very nice to help us out without ask. The place is awesome. We are planning another stay soon :)

Well the view is absolutely breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows in every living and bedroom areas. The decor was so calming with a beach vibe. Great management very efficient staff who welcomed us remotely and guided us to our room and gave us codes for entry.
I thought the beach was way to crowded but we walked and found a less crowded beach. We bought our bikes and biked where.
I would stay again but not in March.

Simply love it. Very clean and well decorated unit. Amy was a pleasure and helped me with my reservation. It was the last minute and everything was perfect thanks to her. The location is awesome.
