Experience Your Vacation Haven

This spacious home has been updated with a blend of warm greys and neutral hues ready to make your transition to resort life comfortable and easy. The first floor hosts the kitchen, living and dining areas. The living room is appointed with furniture ready to put your feet up. There is a bonus sitting area that doubles as a small office. Walk through the living areas and out the large sliding doors to a back deck that overlooks the lake and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay and Baytowne Marina. This will be the perfect spot for a ‘grill and chill’!

The first floor is home to the master bedroom and first guest bedroom. Both have private en suite bathrooms and are very spacious. The master bedroom has black-out curtains for those mornings when you need to snooze a few extra minutes.

The second floor is home to the two additional guest bedrooms. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed and double closets. Guest bedroom 4 has a queen bed and an added sitting room. They both use the completely updated full bathroom. Lots of space for everyone including the Fido as this home is pet friendly (for an additional fee)!

    Dreaming of a white-sand Christmas

    The home was perfect for our ‘23 Christmas. Easily accommodated our family and friends, party of 7-8. Nice updates, with a few works-in-progress that didn’t bother us at all, made the stay even nicer. Great dock for wishful-fishing, plenty of room for visiting, playing card games, or just watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings. Overall we completely enjoyed this rental and the resort itself. Definitely worth looking in to if you are headed to Sandestin, FL.
    A few ideas for improvements:
    1. a second 4 seater cart, especially with the house accommodating 8, would be a great addition.
    2. the freezer was a bit temperamental with defrosting and freezing back over...didn’t effect our food any this trip
    3. The resort map/accomodations that is posted inside the coffeecup cupboard is a bit small for older eyes to read, a larger one would be helpful.
    4. a few more larger pots/pans would make meal-prep easier. If you are a family that cooks be prepared to purchase your basic pantry staples but there are plenty of knives, cutting boards, etc

    Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! It was spacious, but still cozy. Such a convenient area to stay. Will definitely be booking with My Vacation Haven again.

    The house is great for families, plenty of room and great location. Getting service from the management company is easy. The golf cart is a great addition, however it is making a noise as if the axle is about to fall off. I would stay here again!

    Family of 8 had a great time in this rental. We had room to spread out & everyone could have their space. Beautiful location & golf cart made it easy to get around. Close to Destin. Not on the beach but shuttle gave family easy access to beach.

    We enjoyed our time there with plenty of space for my husband and I plus our two boys, my mother and sister. Wish I located miramar beach while there but we enjoyed Destin beach, all of us got burnt. My husband and son enjoyed fishing off the dock everyday and feeding the turtles. Golf cart was a must since resort is so large. Baytowne Wharf was a huge hit and we went everyday.

    Such a nice clean and very spacious home away from home, and it's a quiet little spot. It was great having the golf cart to get around the resort, it ran perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. My Vacation Haven were really easy to work with. Sent us all the info we needed for easy check in and check out as well as other information in an easy to use app. We would definitely recommend this house and my vacation haven to anyone.

    COVID safe senior trip

    We spent months looking for the perfect rental that we could take our senior to but still be away from people and keep her and her friends safe. This house was great and the resort is amazing. It was spread out and we never felt like we were too crowded. There were a couple of updates needed on the house (looks like previous guests had broken some small things like the curtain rod, the back door lock, and the handle on the shower upstairs) but they were in the process of fixing them, and they were minor cosmetic things that did not bother is during our stay. The decks were great, it was close to a pool that was empty most of the time, and the golf cart ran well. It was bigger than we thought and the upstairs can be closed off, which was nice when you are staying with 3 17-18 year olds!
    Overall I have already recommended this place to others and the correspondence with My Vacation Haven was easy and friendly! Oh! And they have an App you can download that gives you tons of info, including maps and restaurants near you, your contactless codes, and how to check in and check out. It was a great touch!

    This is the second time we have stayed at this house! Last year was good but this year was GREAT! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that all the floors had been updated and carpet removed! What a difference in the whole feel of the house! There was also updated beddings and everything was clear and fresh! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet! The house has everything you need. We will definitely be staying there again and again!

    We loved staying in Fairways 201! The dock on the lake was one of our favorite spots, as we loved having our coffee there and fishing in the evenings. The golf cart was an added bonus!

    The rental at Fairways 201 in Miramar Beach was really great! We had plenty of room for our family members. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. The kids loved the dock and watching the fish and turtles. Taking the golf cart around was so fun and make things convenient. The marina and the outlet mall were both so close. The property was great! We were really happy.
