Imagine having a lake view and still being a short distance away from the powdery white beaches of Destin, Florida. If that sounds good to you, then Beachwalk Villa is your perfect Florida beach vacation home. This beautifully decorated townhome is set in a tranquil lakeside neighborhood where all the fun and excitement of the beach is never far away, so you can have the best of both worlds. This unit comes with a 6 SEAT GOLF CART to cruise the resort and to the beach and adjacent shopping areas.

On the first floor, the living room is decorated in turquoise blue and earthy browns for a refreshing and inviting feel. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel and all the modern appliances you could possibly need. From here, there is an open view to the dining and living spaces and straight out to the patio and lake through the sliding glass doors. This unit truly has an open and airy atmosphere that is perfectly suited for your group or family vacation. One bedroom is also on the first floor with its own private courtyard patio! This bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. What’s more, an upstairs loft has full-sized bunk beds that can accommodate kids and adults alike.

Outside, you can relax on the back patio, watch the lake, and smell the BBQ cooking on your grill. Later, you can wander to the lake and try some catch and release fishing. You can always take your golf cart down to the beach or through the underground tunnel to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, the Baytowne Marina, and Grand Boulevard.

    This townhome is big and beautiful! End unit with 2 bedrooms plus a loft equipped with full size bunks...so much space. The beach closet is loaded with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and boogie boards. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you could ever need. Nice patio with large table and chairs. Golf cart was so much fun! Management company was very helpful answering the questions we had before and after checking in. Very quick to assist when we had a minor issue with the golf cart.

    Beachwalk villa 5155 was perfect for our family of 6. The kids all had room upstairs and we had a beautiful, large bed and bath on the main floor. The villa was very well decorated, clean and stocked with everything we needed, including a closet full of beach toys and chairs. We enjoyed the pond in the backyard for attempted fishing and especially the golf cart. The pool was nice and close amd if you didn't have a golf cart you could walk to the beach. My family all loved this place. The only complaint was the dryer didn't dry very fast.

    We had a family of 6 in this villa. The teenagers loved the golf cart and Baytown wharf. We all loved how close it was to the beach and golf. The villa was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and plenty of room for all. We will definitely return!

    Our rental was very clean and had plenty of towels and linens! The dryer didn’t dry very well. We had to run multiple cycles to dry our clothes. We did report it to maintenance so I’m sure it has already been fixed . We still really enjoyed our rental and the golf cart! The convenience to the beach and restaurants were wonderful! Our 3 teenagers brought bikes and visited all 3 pools. Easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed grilling out every night! I would recommend this rental to families with teens or children. The loft area was perfect for teenagers .

    My husband & I had an amazing time! We were very impressed w/ our rental, which was beautiful & clean. We loved having a golf cart this time, which it made it so much more convenient & fun to get around! We showed pictures of the rental to friends & family & recommended a vacation there! We were just missing trash bags & ppr towels! Other than that, it was amazing!

    5155 Beachwalk villa was perfect for our family of 4 who wanted a quick beach getaway. I love that this was a corner unit and easy to find on arrival to the Sandestin property. Additionally, having access to a 6 seat golf cart (which we did not have any mechanical issues with)was a much appreciated perk. I will say the beachwalk community pool is in walking distance from the unit!
    The kitchen was updated and had every gadget, pot size or cooking utensil needed which is definitely a positive. The fridge does not have an automatic ice maker so that is one thing to keep in mind when going for the grocery store run!
    The downstairs bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well as a separate gated porch making this an option if traveling with grandparents and/or another couple. The upstairs master bedroom was nice however I would say the bathroom is starting to show some wear and tear but nothing egregious.
    My 2 daughters LOVED the bunk beds in the loft space. Both girls were able to sleep in the lower full sized bunk comfortably (ages 5,9).
    The My Vacation Haven staff were easily accessible and fabulous per usual!
    We would love to stay in this unit again in the future!!

    We really like the layout and location of the unit. Very spacious and works well with families with small children. The bunk beds in loft area was great and the two bedrooms were spacious and private. Liked the backyard and access to fishing. Six seater Golf cart is a must have for families frequently going to the beach and carrying lots of stuff. Closet was filled with all beach stuff you could ever want. Really enjoyed our stay!

    We travel to Sandestin frequently but had never stayed in Beachwalk Villas before. We were thoroughly impressed with both the area and particularly with this condo. It was updated & decorated beautifully and it immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. We called My VacationHaven when we didn't see the promised golf cart in front of the unit and they told us where it was but before we had a chance to go get it out of the nearby overflow parking area where it had be parked, they had brought it to us! Overall, both our experience with the condo and with the management company were awesome!

    Awesome place to stay in Sandestin beach resort area - complete with all the amenities, it had everything our family of 7 needed for a weeklong stay. Having a golf cart is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed riding to the beach and over to the Baytown Wharf area.

    Our family vacation was just amazing. From the moment we walked into our villa, we noticed the cleanliness of the location and all the amenities made use feel like we were in a home away from home.
