Upon entering the condo, you’ll notice right away that the open floor plan offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, powder white sands, and sparkling emerald green waters. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the living area is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa and 55" TV with Bose Sound Bar and DVD player. For a moment of true peace and calm, step out onto the balcony and smell the salt air as you listen to the calming waves from the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the Florida beach vacation you have always wanted.

The master bedroom offers a king bed as well as a vanity table, dresser, and flat screen TV. The en suite master bathroom has been updated with separate sink vanity and shower areas. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and flat screen TV, with private access to the full second bathroom. The condo provides a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a beach closet full of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie board and sand toys for you to take back and forth to the beach.

    My family of 5 stayed here for the first time and we will definitely be back! It was great to have to space on our private beach. We rented chairs an an umbrella for the week so we just had to walk down to our front row seats and enjoy! The beach ain’t a far walking distance from the condo! The pool was very nice also! Huge plus was the gold cart that came with the condo!!! We easily took the golf cart to every place we went without having the hassle of the main road tra. Management checked in with us every couple of days to be sure all was going well! Great job!!!

    I have stayed at this unit four times and every time is the best! The unit is clean and has everything you will need for your trip! The golf cart is an added bonus! We went all over Sandestin in the golf cart, enjoying the scenery. The new pool is also a must see, it is beautiful! Book this unit, you will not regr!et it, we are already looking for dates in the fall

    The condo met our needs. The pool was nice and the beach access was great. Loved having the golf cart. The condo was pretty clean but you can tell it is rented often. The furniture had some wear and tear. Great location. Pretty cool seeing fireworks from the balcony while we were there. Good communication from the property management team.

    We would stay here again! The condo kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, etc. The closet with the beach & pool stuff could have been more organized because it had a ton of stuff in it. The condition of the condo was good, as was the condition of the building. The pool area was in great condition. Only complaint about the pool area was that it needed some more umbrellas. The boardwalk to the beach was also in great condition. Definitely loved having a golf cart to zip around in.

    We have stayed here twice and love it. The views are amazing. Having the golf cart available is so fun. We love not having to get back in the car. We feel safe and the people are so friendly. The condo is so quiet and fully stocked! Saw dolphins, stingrays and fish everyday. The sand is so soft. We can’t wait to return!

    This condo in the Sandestin resort was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4! It was clean, beds were comfy and had a beautiful ocean view. The amenities of the building were nice - the heated pool and hot tub were a bit hit and just steps to the ocean. Security ensured that only residents and renters were at the pool. Very nice gym and grill set up. Closet of beach chairs and toys was helpful. We used the golf cart throughout our stay to get around the Sandestin property. Easy communication with the hosts. Cannot beat the crystal blue waters of the gulf and the white sand beaches. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo!

    The good: The view is gorgeous. We felt very safe. The condo was spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. The shower has the best water pressure. The pool and hot tub was fantastic.

    The not so good: The front door needs painted, it has several spots that had no paint at all. The first bedroom needs a new mattress cover, it has pilled and it feels like you are sleeping on sand. The pull out mattress could use an extra cushion.

    The bad: Finding the golf cart. It took 4 phone calls and still wasn’t sure which was the correct one. Was told 3 different locations and directions for finding the correct golf cart. All in all I just had to go golf cart to golf cart to see off the key worked. The final phone call I was asked to go online and look at the picture to see if I could identify the cart. They all have a parking permit on the windshield. Would be very helpful if they kept those numbers on file and you could identify. Also several others have the condo number on the side. Would also be helpful. The identification given was that it would be the longest one because it was a 6 seater. Out of all of them there were 7 six seaters. It was not parked where described. The other identification was roll down windows. It did not have this either.

    We loved our condo! Everything was perfect. The newly renovated pool was so nice, my toddlers loved the sun deck in the pool, and it was non crowded. I do wish there was a small tiki bar to get drinks and snacks, this pool area is more like a private residential pool than a resort style pool, but it was very quite and maintained. I noticed a lot of owners were staying in the building the week we stayed and everyone was so kind. The pool and beach area for this building was very secure and monitored closely and the beach area was the least crowded of all the Sandestin buildings. The golf cart provided was amazing and one of the best parts of our trip.

    This is the second time we have stayed at this condo, the condo is beautiful, has all the amenities you need, this condo is equipped with everything, plus the best thing is the wonderful golf cart! We also love that there are two king size beds! We will definitely be back next year!! Also, the management company is top notch, very attentive!

    Very nice 2 bed/2 bath unit with ocean views. Includes everything you need for a stay of a few days or a few weeks. Modern kitchen and comfy beds in this recently remodeled unit. The heated pool and hot tub were great for cooler days. Nice walkway to the sugar sand beach. Beach chairs and toys were in a closet in the unit. Great 6 person golf cart included with rental. Makes getting around to all the shops and restaurants and all the other fun things to do in this resort super easy! Would recommend this unit to anyone.

    Our Family has stayed at Beachside One for many years. This unit was very comfortable and well kept. The kitchen had all the essentials! The golf cart was in excellent condition. The only concern was the slight humming noise coming from the new pool equipment while sitting on the balcony.

    This was a place we will return to. It was clean and a great location. We love coming to the beach this time of year and this was our first year to stay in Sandestin. We will be returning as our kids are getting older and want more to do. The redone pool at the complex was very nice.

    This was a place we will return to. It was clean and a great location. We love coming to the beach this time of year and this was our first year to stay in Sandestin. We will be returning as our kids are getting older and want more to do. The redone pool at the complex was very nice.

    Great condo, golf cart was awesome, condo on the beach, beautiful new pool at condo, close to everything, just wish we were there longer!! Highly recommend!!

    Great place in Miramar Beach

    The condo was just as advertised. Very nice setup and everything was clean and in order. Beds slept well and the golf cart is a nice bonus. The pool at Beachside 1 was under a complete renovation, so we didn't get to use it but we did go over to the Beachside 2 pool and there was plenty of room. Access to the beach is easy. We are very particular and this condo exceeded our expectations.

    Everything was as pictured. Very clean and very accommodating. Comfortable beds.Very quick to answer any questions or concerns. The only thing I wish they had was a smart tv so that I could have watched some Netflix or Hulu etc on the days that it rained or a hdmi cord to be able to hook up from my computer an put on the tv. Other than that very great view of the beach . Also steps away from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching and listening to the waves at night an watching the sunset and taking walks at sunrise before the beach got too crowded since I am still all about social distancing. But it was a much needed get away and we will definitely return.

    Very clean, close to the beach, kitchen was well stocked. We love this unit for our family of 5. The golf cart it comes with is a huge bonus as well. We will be back!

    We visited in July of 2020. A month before we arrived I was sent a app to install that had a abundance of information that gave us everything we needed. It was a very handy resource from the time we got there to the time we left. The property was very clean and well taken care off. All amenities were all there as promised other than no ice makers as promised in building. We did have a freezer ice maker in unit, so it wasn’t that big of a deal for us. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

    Location was perfect for our family. We have 3 children under the age of 6. The golf cart was a huge plus for us. We were able to take the golf cart out every night for dinner or ice cream and never had to get back in our vehicle. The condo had a great view, very clean, kitchen had many supplies. No need to bring your own sand toys - there are plenty there as well as beach chairs. Everyone we encountered practiced social distancing. Several people were on the beach, but we did not feel crowded at all. We plan to stay here again this year - hopefully in September if there is availability.
