The Majestic Sun was created to allow you to lounge about like royalty. Soak up the sun from your fourth-floor balcony and enjoy unfettered views of the sprawling Emerald Coast. Lounge in the main living room’s seating area and enjoy one another’s company before heading to the luxury kitchen to whip up something delicious to eat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a wine chiller, and a spacious refrigerator custom-matched to the designer cabinets. The counter bar makes time in the kitchen a social experience. Gather with family and friends at the dining table or take your meal out to the deck table to enjoy while you watch the waves roll in.

When it comes to sleeping, you’ll find plenty of space in this beachfront condo’s three bedrooms. The Gulf-facing master bedroom features a king bed as well. A large flat-screen TV completes the picture. The bathroom is stylishly appointed with a vanity and walk in shower.

The second guest bedroom serves as a second master with a king bed, high-end furnishings and bedding, and a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom access with a custom tile shower completes the experience. The third bedroom is equally accommodating with two double beds and a flat screen TV. Every guest at this Majestic Sun condo is able to spread out and relax.

    This unit was very nice, had all the amenities that you need. I thought for a beach condo, the floors were very clean. Great proximity to the beach, not very far to walk.

    The condo was great with exceptional view of ocean. The pool I'm my opinion is undersized for the community, but we didn't care as we were steps from.beach.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was concerned the road in front of the beach would be a problem but cars would stop and allow pedestrians to cross. The beach didn’t feel crowded and were kept clean. The condo was very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extra beach chairs in the unit since we flew down. Our microwave at the beginning didn’t work. Maintenance came promptly and figured out it was a fuse. Overall it was a very nice vacation spot.

    Destin is our Home away from home. We’ve been vacationing there for over 25 years first time we ever rented a condo on the beach best thing we ever did. The location was perfect the weather was great can’t wait to come back again.

    I don’t even know where to began !
    from start to finish was just super easy !
    This place is so beautiful,clean And just a beach view you can’t even image !
    small walk across the street private beach for the guest! just breath taken !
    walking distance to store and down stairs Alvin shop! I love the place I give this place all stars !
    my vacation haven is also great to work with! what ever you need is a phone call away !
    If i had anything negative to say would be the pots and pans was cheap and the food sticks i bought a new skillet! that is it !
    I left all my surf boards there and my blow ups for the next guest hope it helps out ! I will be back. year aft year!

    Staying at The Majestic Sun was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, and plenty of space. It has a huge balcony that overlooks the Emerald waters. The beach is just outside the condo/building. We loved the convenience of just walking out right onto the beach everyday. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

    Air conditioning kept the condo nice and cool even though the outside temperature was very hot! The condo was spacious on the inside and provided easy access to the beach and pool.
