    5 day stay was perfect! Very clean! Great view! My only complaint is that the sliding glass door in master to balcony is very hard to open and close. Otherwise, trip was amazing! I’d definitely rent again!

    We had a great stay at Surfside 704. The unit was clean and appeared as shown in the images on the site. The beds were so comfortable. The view was incredible. The hospitality app was very informative. We received quick response from the time of booking all the way up to our stay! We have stayed numerous times at Surfside but this was our first year with MVH. We will be returning to one of their managed properties in the future. They get an A+ in my book!

    The place was so clean and neat! The view of the beach was gorgeous. Also, it was in a great location. One of my favorite parts was the path that I could have my run every morning with the view of the water!

    Had a great stay. The property was very clean, tons of space for my family. Great view of the ocean. The only draw back was that the gate to get into the beach, our codes were not working. And the wait depending on the time for the elevator was insane. Other than that it was a great stay!

    This is a great condo and location for a family vacation. We loved having the bar/grill at the beachfront! We will definitely come back to this location again for our future visits to the beach!

    Management and maintenance people were very responsive to our needs. We appreciated the addition of dresser in the master bedroom and the replacement of bed frame. Love the view of Gulf and sunset from belcony.
