This beautiful single-family home desires to be filled with laughing kids and long summer nights. This bayside gem is a 2-floor dream with ample outdoor space just minutes away from Miramar Beach. This idyllic community is the perfect option for large families and snowbirds looking to entertain guests during those winter months.

You’ll find an open concept living space with full kitchen, breakfast bar for added seating, and ample counter space. The tan and cream decor will help you sink into that Florida living as you cuddle up in one of the two living rooms, equipped with comfy furnishings and a flat screen TV. Let’s not forget the massive dining room table with bench seating for that country living feel.

Just off the living spaces you’ll find two outdoor sanctuaries. The first is a screened porch with table and chair set. The second is a deck space with sectional seating, table, fairy lights, and BBQ grill. Upstairs, each bedroom has their own outdoor haven, too. With 2 oversized balconies, everyone can have slow morning starts and a front row seat for sunsets.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master and guest bedrooms. With the added bunk room on the first floor, you can sleep 8 comfortably. The house also has 3 full bathrooms, so no one will be fighting for shower time on this trip. 2 of the bathrooms feature gorgeous oversized walk-in tile showers while the 3rd offers a tub/shower combo.

The best part of this unit is your very own 6-seat golf cart! On this bayside trip, cruise around in style as you head over to your private Miramar Beach access.

    Had a great week and was very pleased with the cleanliness and everything the house had to offer. We loved having the golf cart to take to the beach, run errands close by, or go to the pool. The beach was quite crowded but was still beautiful and great fun with our 3 young kids. The beach closet was well equipped and provided us lots of convenience and fun. Both of the pools we had access to were great. Our boys loved being able to play the arcade in their downtime. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

    The house was perfect. Close enough to drive to the beach in the golf cart but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Baytown Wharf to where it is very peaceful. Enjoyed sitting in the outside screened patio and enjoying the quiet time. Would definitely stay here again.

    Everything was great. We feel it is very petty of the company to not let you check in early. Even if the house is ready. We didn’t ask for a whole day early just a couple hours. And honestly we only asked to be let in to get the Golf cart keys so we could explore the resort and didn’t have to drive our car around with all of our items with us. We were told no. Really not that big of a deal to let people in early. Other then that everything was great. What I’m saying is rethinking your no early check in policy.

    The house, location and accommodations were fantastic. The week we chose probably played a huge role in how busy the beach was and that was a little disturbing but otherwise we loved it. The golf cart is a game changer :)

    Great stay at 712 Sandpiper. Property is just as described and pictured. Golf cart was an awesome way to get around the resort and down to the beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Two ice makers in the fridge was a welcomed feature when loading up cups and water bottles to head to the beach. The Sandestin resort location is perfect. Away from the Destin traffic and a quick shot over to 30A to explore that area. Thanks for a great stay.

    The condo had everything it needed! A lot of space for our family, good sized kitchen. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and all the games inside and outside toys. Fire pit to cap of the night was great. 6 passenger golf cart was the perfect fit for everyone and the beach stuff Def would stay there again. Place looks great.

    We had a great experience with our long-term rental at 712 Sandpiper Drive. The home is very comfortable with 3 baths, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and a great patio with gas grill we used a lot. Home has very good internet and a very large TV with cable in living room. Was great for watching games. Home is set in a great location in the resort with view of lake and a bay view close by. Lots of walking paths nearby. Under 5 minutes to beach on the golf cart. Rental mgmt company provides great services including grill cleaning.

    Perfect house for daughter and he family over Christmas. Clean and updated with lots of activities for thei children. The 6 passenger golf cart was ideal. 5 stars

    Great Time in Newly Renovated Home

    The new owners have done a wonderful job renovating this property. The outside storage closet was loaded with fishing equipment, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand buckets, etc. Their were also games for indoors as well as lawn games like horse shoes. A definite hit was the arcade game. The kitchen is amply stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. My grandson especially loved "the hangout", a small area under the stairwell that has 2 mattresses on the floor. He loved having his own space. "The Hangout" is the perfect place for young children to sleep. Both upstairs bedrooms had nice porches. There is currently no furniture out there, so I would recommend bringing a lawn chair so you can enjoy sipping your coffee out there. The bunk room downstairs is tiny but well furnished. There was ample parking for our family with 3 cars. The location was close to everything by way of the new 6 seater golf cart. We loved sitting around the fire pit at night and viewing the fountain in the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We look forward to staying here again.
