If you’re looking for the perfect space for multiple groups on your next Miramar Beach vacation, come home to Pilot House. Located in The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort®, this bayside condo complex located within the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

For larger groups, you can rent units 507 and 509 together, offering extra space and maximum comfort. Unit 507 is a studio condo with 2 queen beds, kitchenette for snacks and storage, and a full bathroom. This unit connects to 509, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven with ample living space. 509 has a full kitchen with attached laundry room, living room with flat-screen TV and dining area that seats 6. With 3 more seats at the breakfast bar, everyone can eat together and make lasting memories.

Unit 509 also has outdoor space in the form of.an oversized balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom. The balcony offer loungers, tables, and chairs for late night talks, morning coffee, and sun gazing.

Downstairs, you’ll have the luxury of a private community pool, hot and cold spas, along with fitness center and BBQ grilling area. Steps away, soak in the magic of the Village with arcade, adventure park, shopping, and restaurants for all ages. Whether you’re bringing the whole family or you’re snowbirds looking for a perfect spot to winter, this pairing and location is the ideal getaway.

Just spent a week with three generations of our family. Girls enjoyed the shopping and guys enjoyed all the numerous places to fish. We tried several of the restaurants and enjoyed the entertainment nightly. The units were very clean and there were all types of items to use at the beach. Glad that we were able to secure the two units so that we could all be together in what seemed like one condo. Very satisfied with condo and location to Baytowne Wharf.

We had a great time and had plenty of space. The rooms were CLEAN and had everything we needed during our stay. We only needed to provide food and drinks. It was also in a great spot in Baytowne. We are looking forward to our next trip and reserving this place again.

We really enjoyed the location because it was away from the crowd, yet easy to get to everything in the wharf, as well as the conference center. I highly recommend this rental property. The only recommendation I have is sending out the WIFI password along with the instructions on how to get into the unit.

Beautiful rental. It was very accommodating for our group of 6. Balcony looks into tree tops so no golf or bay view but it was very serene. Parking was adequate (except for the bill fishing final night—check that calendar). Location relative to Baytowne attractions was great & no noise from any of those was noted.
