When you walk into this lakefront home, you’ll be greeted by a spacious open concept floor plan and beachy vibes. The kitchen features beautiful wood cabinetry and granite countertops with everything you need to cook up a fantastic meal. Enjoy your food in the dining area, surrounded by bay windows and a view of the lake. With added seating at the breakfast bar, you can seat 8 comfortably. This space leads to the living area that has comfy furnishings, a flat screen Smart TV, and access to the sunroom. This temperature controlled paradise has wall-to-wall windows making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or a drink after a great day in the Florida sun. From here, access the backyard featuring a paver patio, grill, and private lawn overlooking the lake and the golf course.

This bayside gem has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably. The master features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a beautiful sunroom filled with windows. This room is the perfect work-from-home space as it is equipped with a desk and Wi-Fi router. The master also features an en suite bath with tub/shower combo. Down the hall, the guest bedroom also offers a king bed with en suite bath, equipped with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower. With the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living area, this is the perfect home for small families and friend groups looking to enjoy the Emerald Coast.

When you’re ready to enjoy the Gulf sun, jump in your 4-seat golf cart and head over to one of the resort pools or pack a bag and spend the day in the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach!

    The house was perfect. We fished the pond, watched the wildlife, enjoyed the golf cart, and relaxed at the beach.

    We truly enjoyed our stay with My Vacation Haven!! The house was immaculate with a small personal touch from them. Each bathroom and kitchen had a little gift box with personal items. It was like a little present. They were very helpful and ready to answer any questions you have. Check in and check out was very easy! We will be staying with them again.     The Fairway 240 was the perfect family vacation destination for my Dayton, Ohio family. The home was clean and maintained very well. The furniture arrangement was perfect for sharing meals together, family time, and sharing some social time. I highly recommend the Vacation Haven and their team for booking your next vacay whether it be with family or solo the team will take good care of you.

    Pros: Extremely clean home. Beautiful view of the lake and golf course. Spacious yard for dog to play in. Cons: Directions and instructions are very vague, Unit Amenities isn't 100% accurate.We stayed in this house for 8 nights. The view is great. Plenty of yard for our fur baby to play outside. This entire community is super pet friendly which is awesome. I believe the golf cart has been upgraded since the pics were taken. The one we had was much nicer than the one in the picture. The bed in the master bedroom was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We enjoyed the beach and Baytowne Wharf. I will say that the amenities listed aren't 100% accurate. It listed "Resort Pools", and "Private Beach". Overall there are 3 pools in this resort area. One is the bigger one that is heated. Centrally located. Another, which is not far from this house, was actually gone, like demolished. It is being upgraded and the sign said it should be open sometime this summer. The third that we found was located in the Bungalo area of the resort and required a pass code to get in the gate(which we didn't have). The only beach access we were made aware of was public access, I didn't see any private beach access. There wasn't much information provided about the community itself or directions in the reservation confirmation packet we received. Luckily we have stayed in this area before and knew our way around but it can be confusing trying to access the tunnel used by golf carts to get to the public beach access if you have never stayed in that area. A map of the area would be helpful to guests. I did reach out a couple of times by text to My Vacation Haven inquiring about the pools and I will say they responded promptly and tried to help. I don't know if they were even aware the one pool was being remodeled. Either way, we really enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to book with them again.

    We’ve stayed bayside many times and without a doubt, this was the most beautiful location. Quiet and tranquil backyard. The sunsets were stunning. We could see the turtles laying out in the sunshine. The villa had everything needed for a wonderful vacation but the lot it sits on was just gorgeous. This will be our choice for our next trip.

    Really nicely decorated free standing villa with everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. With the exception of the broken down golf cart it was a very nice stay. Management was nice enough to get us a loaner after a couple days which really made the rest of the stay more enjoyable. Only negative is tight parking - we had 2 big vehicles and the golf cart. No room for our family members staying in other units to park when they visited.

    We have stayed at Sandestin multiple times in the past. This was our favorite location! Very clean! Very private and quiet location. Dog friendly and our miniature dachshund loved it as well! We will definitely being staying at this location out next trip and book with my vacation haven!

    At first glance into the community it felt cramped. However, once inside the privacy and beautiful scenery of this home surprised me. Inside the home we felt very comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with necessities that we used every day. The pool and proximity to the beach were so close by. Nearby shopping at Baytowne Wharf or the outlet stores was just the ticket on the cooler days. I would have liked to see an area guide map with suggestions of local things to do, and a list of the features places where the discounts were available would have been helpful. All in all it was a pleasurable stay and nice place to spend quality time with family members

    My husband and I booked this lovely house for a golf vacation. It was absolutely perfect! Lots of comfortable seating, the sunroom was fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the pond and golf course after our daily round. We brought our Jack Russell Terrier with us and she enjoyed watching all the squirrels! This is one of the best rentals we have ever had. We will definitely return.

    Awesome place to stay! It was clean, spacious, and had everything I need to prepare my family a Christmas dinner in the kitchen! We had a Merry Christmas, and enjoyed our time! Thanks! Oh yeah, the gold cart is a great bonus my family enjoyed!

    This rental was well updated and a very peaceful location. Golf cart reall assists in getting around the property. We had a great stay just wish it was longer!

    Loved the house. Beautiful setting on the golf course and the pond. Weather wasn't the greatest but we will definitely come back and enjoy this area again.

    Our stay here was beyond amazing! Our rental was exactly like the photos. Very updated and extremely clean. We were able to kick back and relax. It was super dog friendly.

    Great place for our annual golf weekend. We liked being so close to the golf courses and the center of the resort had plenty of restaurants for our group.
