When traveling, location is everything. If you’re looking for a great rental in a prime spot, come stay at Elation. This condo complex offers comfortable rentals, community amenities such as a private pool, and is within walking distance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Unit 5305 is located on the third floor of the complex and features one bedroom and one full bath. With the help of a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. The main living space boasts an open concept floor plan and offers high end furnishings with modern fixtures. The kitchen and dining areas feature beautiful wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a 4-person dining table, and a breakfast bar for added seating. The living room features ample seating, a flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony. This is the perfect space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, long chats with loved ones, or a beautiful sunset near the Bay.

This bayside gem features a master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath. This bathroom, which can also be accessed from the main living space, is equipped with a double vanity, large bowl sinks, tile backsplash, and tub/shower combo. Just off this space, you will find the washer/dryer tucked away in a hall closet.

When you’re ready to enjoy the Gulf sun, pack a bag, jump on the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® tram, and take a quick ride to the sugar white sands of the beach. Just a short drive away, paradise awaits! If you’re looking for even more sun time, check out the community pool.

**Parking Fee Will Apply. $10 per reservation, good for length of stay. Once reservation is made with My Vacation Haven, we will register you and an email will be sent to you for you to register your vehicle and pay for your parking pass.**

    After checking in to a different unit that smelled like cigarette smoke my vacation haven didn’t hesitate to quickly put us in this unit. Excellent customer service. This unit was clean and beautiful, had everything we needed for our wedding weekend. Loved our stay.

    My family of four really enjoyed this property. The unit has everything you need. Full kitchen with necessary utensils, washer/dryer, large bathroom, passes for the shuttle, clean, modern, and a short few steps to the Village Baytowne Wharf. There is a very nice pool just across the courtyard. This property is situated in the Grand Sandestin area of the resort, kind of behind or off to the left of the Effie Hotel. It feels secluded, and we enjoyed that. To get to the ocean you will need to take the shuttle, or drive over to the other side of the resort, across the main road that separates the resort. There is a walkway tunnel, but it is a long walk from the elation, but totally doable for those healthy, regular, daily exercise folks. ��. Google search this property name or look on YouTube (gebo's garage) for a recent walk thru video tour of this property and resort!

    Overall a great experience and a great property. We enjoyed our time spent there. Easy to get to the pool and walk to the Warf area. If I nitpick one thing, the master bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. But the room was clean and parking was simple and helpful. We recommend staying here at everything was pretty easy!

    We had a wonderful time staying on the resort. My wife and I loved being able to walk to the village for dinner, and she got some shopping done there as well. Great location.
