If you love having it all and being in the heart of the action, then Observation Point North 456 is the condo for you! This elegantly decorated lock-out style 4th floor condo rental at the Village of Baytowne Wharf literally has it all.

Starting with the view, the spacious private balcony of this one bedroom, one bathroom condo overlooks Baytowne Wharf’s Events Plaza giving you a private bird’s eye view of the outdoor concerts and fireworks that make Observation Point North one of the most enthralling places to stay. An outdoor dining table makes it easy to kick back with a light meal or drinks as you take in the sunset and the action down below.

The balcony is accessible from the condo’s spacious main living area via wall-to-wall window doors. There’s plenty of seating allowing you to enjoy the natural light spilling into the warm sand-colored space. The sofa, which pulls out into a queen bed, and two chairs are perfect for a gathering. Meanwhile, the dining table, which seats six, and the kitchen counter bar has saddle bartstools for three.

The full kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, perfect for fueling your entire crowd. A nearby closet with a modern stackable washer and dryer unit provides all of the comforts of home.

The master bedroom is just off the living area. The beach-cottage style room has a king bed, a large wooden dresser, and a flat screen TV. The condo’s bathroom has a double vanity, a private walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. It’s perfect for refreshing after a day on the Emerald Coast or at the resort pool.

There’s so much to do at Observation Point. You’ll love shopping and dining at the Village at Baytowne Wharf. The tram takes you to the other side of the Sandestin® resort complex where the beaches await!

    This view is so great. I spent most of my stay sitting on the balcony and watching the people below. The fireworks view is absolutely amazing. There are some maintenance issues in the condo that need to be addressed but they were small things. The condo was clean though and the view was so nice. Easy to walk to everything and the Village hot tub is very nice.

    Our family enjoyed staying at this 1 bedroom condo. There was plenty of room for a family of three. We had a great location and could watch the musical performances from our balcony. Everything was very clean and neat. I would recommend this property to others. We are very satisfied with everything provided by the property owners. There was a closet full of beach toys and beach chairs. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to staying again next year!

    It’s great time this is are 2nd year we stayed in bay town and then we went over to gulf side and stayed 5 nights we loved it over there as well and we will be back next year

    Fantastic location in Baytowne Wharf. Very convenient to everything we wanted to visit including local restaurants, local spa and the restaurants and entertainment in Baytowne Wharf.

    The condominium was very comfortable and well appointed with every convenience. The unit owners were responsive, helpful and communicat very well.

    First time using rental property, 100% recommend this property! We had a wonderful time. Unit was clean and close to everything. Loved sitting on the balcony and people watched. They had a Farmers Market Saturday and Sunday. Only issue was the bed. Unfortunately, the left side dipped down into a hole… very uncomfortable for my husband. I just think the bed might need to be replaced. Other than that everything was great! Definitely will be back again!

    We usually visit Destin& this was the first time we've visited SanDestin/Baytowne Village area & will definitely come back.OPN #456 was a wonderful place to stay. Very convenient to all that Baytowne Village has to offer.

    A little confusing upon arrival, the area has multiple buildings and needs better signage. Other than that this place was perfect for family vacation.

    Clean, updated decor, modern appliances and comfortable bedding!
    I was staying there for a conference and it was close to the conference center. Originally thought I may have to take “included” shuttle service but it turned out to be a very short walk!

    We recently stayed here and it was super nice! We stayed for 6 nights. There is so much to do in the area. We came down for a wedding. It was fun to go to the different stores and restaurants! The only thing that was hardly an issue was that it is situated across from a piano bar that plays music until 12am-1pm. We were usually able to drowned most of it out with the tv. But once they stopped, it was quiet until about 930am! The beach is GORGEOUS and is about a 6 min ride from Baytowne. Totally worth the ride! The condo provided beach chairs and some toys as well.

    I love this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated with up to date furniture. It was in a great location with a beautiful view of the village.     Beautiful property in an amazing location. We were able to watch a firework show and listen to a concert all from the balcony of our room. The water pressure of the shower was lacking but everything else was great. We will definitely be going back!

    The rental staffs was very hospitality and helpful. The condo super clean, love the beach decor, the king bed so comfortable very nice queen sofa bed, the kitchen stocks up everything we need. So much activities and fun things to do for adults and kids. We definitely come back to this unit again.
