There’s nothing more exciting than a coastal vacation in the heart of it all! Dining, shopping, a private community pool, golfing, fishing, and fireworks are exactly what you’ll get at Observation Point North 454/456. Located on the fourth floor at the Village of Baytowne Wharf’s posh Observation Point North condominium community, this lockout style condo rental provides space for 8 people to sleep. Enjoy a kitchen and kitchenette, ample seating and sleeping area, and a private balcony that overlooks Baytowne’s exciting Events Plaza.

From your spacious private balcony vantage point, you’ll be able to kick back on the chairs or take a seat at the bistro table and sip something wonderful as you take in seasonal outdoor concerts and firework displays. It’s the perfect way to experience life at Sandestin.

Indoors, you’ll love the large living room of the one-bedroom condo unit. Both condos are decorated in warm sandy-hues and nautical accents. Two lounge chairs and a sofa that pulls into a queen bed make for a cozy living space. The dining table seats six while three saddle stools flank the kitchen’s counter bar. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is a perfect space for whipping up meals. The one-bedroom unit’s full bath has a soaker tub and a walk-in shower. There’s also a stackable washer and dryer closet for your convenience.

The connecting studio suite has two additional queen beds, which expands the lockout units sleeping accommodations to 8. There’s a full bathroom and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave.

    The rental was the perfect location! It was very clean and ready when we arrived. Getting into the rooms with the codes sent in advance was very easy. There were a few improvements that could be made, such as the master bed. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds we have slept in. The blow dryer in the master is broken. I don’t expect a full kitchen but some salt and pepper would be a nice staple to have and very inexpensive to add. The closets doors in the master were off track and very inconvenient to open and close. Several of the chair legs in the living room and at the dining table are precariously close to falling off. All in all we would rent again due to the convenience of the location.

The mattress in the master bedroom is brand new, which may explain the need for a break-in period.     We loved our stay in this condo, with a bird's eye view of all the Baytowne events and activities. Management was always responsive to any questions we had and even warned us of a coming storm! The one thing we would suggest is that the king mattress be replaced as it sagged badly. Otherwise the condo is convenient, well-equipped and comfortable.

    -We had an issue with the door code it did not work so we had to call the management company to get a new code. After 10 hours of driving the last thing you want to deal with is not being able to access the condo
    -The door for condo 454 should be replaced or fixed because it was a slight issue to open it
    -Location was key the convenience of shops and restaurants was nice

    We were very impressed with this condo and loved the ability to walk to several restaurants and bars. Does get noisy if you plan on going to sleep before 1:00 AM but had a good vibe to it. Will definitely look at staying again!

    We have stayed in this condo previously and loved it, which is why we booked it for this year. You can't beat the location if you have teens and young kids as there is so much to do within the Wharf.
    The condo is right in the center of the Wharf and we can watch the fireworks, listen to the bands and enjoy everything below from our balcony.
    The pool is easy access and the trollies for the beach are convenient.
    There is a new general store that makes it easy for getting items you might need but don't want to get in a car to go to the grocery store.
    There are new restaurants coming which will be nice as some of the restaurants are not as good as they were last year.
    We have been to the Wharf the last 3 years and look to book next year.

    This unit really felt like home! As soon as we walked in it felt so cozy and inviting, we loved the beachy ambience. Everything was spotless! The kitchen was big and we are able to fit days worth of food and snacks in the refrigerator. This unit provided many places to lounge which included bar stools, a long dining table, a super comfortable sofa, and nice furniture on the balcony. We really enjoyed the view and nearby attractions. Would 10/10 recommend this place for a nice and relaxing family vacation!

    I chose this condo since it’s located right at the center of the Wharf. We watched the fireworks at the balcony at the same time it’s noisy during the night because the singing goes on until midnight so if you’re a light sleeper, this area might not be for you. There are restaurants in the area so my family didn’t have to drive to look for one. This is not a beachfront property but there is a free transportation to and from the beach at the gulf. The condo is clean which is the most important to us most especially during this pandemic. The condo was perfect for my family. We did enjoy our stay.

    My family and I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back again. Spacious, clean, and great location! Loved hanging out on the balcony to watch the concerts and fireworks. The shuttle to the beach and market was really convenient. Bars and restaurants are just downstairs!

    What a fun vacation! We had a large group of 2 different families, and loved having two separate but connected units. The units were very clean, and the office was helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations.
