Located in the Bungalos community of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® is unit 2468. This two story home is tucked away on a private road offering its guests peace and tranquility. With your personal golf cart, you’re just minutes away from the emerald waters and all the fun you can fit into your trip!

This is a single family home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. On the first floor, you’ll find the main living area featuring a high-end chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for added seating, a six person dining table, and wood flooring throughout. In this open concept space, you’ll also find a beautiful living room with luxury furnishings, fireplace, and flat screen TV. From here, access your private screened porch equipped with comfy seating and fairy lights.

The first floor also houses the master bedroom which features a king bed and spacious en suite bath equipped with oversized walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and walk-in closet for longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find the two guestrooms each featuring their own bathrooms and stacked washer/dryer. Sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably, this is the perfect vacation home to make memories with family or host a celebration of friends.

When you’re ready to explore the area, jump in your personal 6-seat golf cart and head over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf or spend your days on the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach.

Soak up the Florida sun and take a short stroll to the beautiful community pool of Bungalos, equipped with umbrellas and lounge chairs or hop over to Miramar Beach to experience the silky white sands and emerald waters everyone’s been talking about.

If you’re looking for some adventure, brush up on your putting skills on the putting green located next to the community pool, or scoot over to Grand Boulevard to get your groceries, engage in some retail therapy, or a grab a quick bite to eat.     Very nice place and we would stay there again in a heart beat. Only complaint was the golf cart. Sometimes it would fully charge and other times, I would have to reset the electrical outlet. However, the cart was not bad at all.

    We had the most amazing time! The bungalow was spacious and clean. It was filled with a wonderful supply of towels and every cooking item you might need if you choose to cook. If not a short, five minute drive to the wharf and all the restaurants on the golf cart. We had the most amazing time! The location was perfect walking distance to the swimming pool. The golf cart was a huge help getting to him from the beach and the golf courses, which were spectacular! My Haven was available every time I called no recording, talk to a very personal person with my questions I had. It was stocked with plenty of towels and all the cooking items you might need if you choose to cook if not, five minute drive on the golf cart to the wharf.

    We stayed here last year and enjoyed the location, so back again this year!
    The rental is very comfortable and clean, worked well for the whole family.
    The kitchen utensils where a little lacking and could use a refresh, nothing to concerning tough. Would recommend this property!

    Beautiful home, very clean, it would have been perfect except the golf cart had maintenance issue so we had it one day out of five. Although you are warned ahead of time that this could happen, it’s just a real bummer. The surrounding area is wonderful if you have a golf cart.

    Our family loved our vacation & the bungalow was perfect. It was very clean & comfortable. It was just beautiful. Love having the golf cart. Never had to get in our vehicle except to go fishing. The weather was perfect. Beach was beautiful.

    Our rental experience was excellent. The house was beautiful inside and out. We had four adults and three children and this place met our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Loved having the golf cart! I would book again.

    Spent a week with family and enjoyed the layout of the bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and own bathroom. The 6-seater golfcart kept us all together on our outings and kids enjoyed proximity to neighborhood pool. This bungalo is at the very end of the property, making it secluded from neighborhood noise.

    We stayed at the very end of the Bungalos and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the screened-in porch. We loved our cottage and re-booked for spring break while there. It's a great place for family to reconnect.
