White Sands Villa is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath lakefront pet friendly townhome. With a white kitchen that has quartz counters, stainless appliances and a wine refrigerator, it’s fully equipped for your chef, so you can eat all your meals in if you choose. There is also a Keurig style combination coffee maker that can do K cups or full pots of coffee to enjoy your morning cup of Joe.

Because this is an end unit, it has a larger porch, big grassy area, and wide open lake views with more windows to enjoy the natural light. There is room for the kids to roam outside or fish in the ponds while making great vacation memories. The Gulf of Mexico is a stone’s throw away, and you’ll enjoy the Gulf breezes while sitting on the back porch, or grilling out on the new propane grill!

This home is also equipped with a top of the line cable package for the TV that includes sports and information networks like : Big Ten Network, Pac12 Network, ACC Network and more!

This townhome has all the living spaces on the main floor as well as one of two king master suites. The other king master suite is upstairs, with loads of space and a huge bathroom and a large walk in shower. The second floor also hosts the third bedroom with a queen bed. The downstairs master suite not only has a king bed, but also has it’s own private courtyard. The renovated downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

You’ll love the brand new 6 seater golf cart for the short ride to the Resort’s private beach access, up to the Market Shops, The Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard for shopping, dining, live music and more!

We have stayed in several different places in the area and this is probably the best place we have stayed. It was extremely clean, and I am very picky. I would definitely stay here again.
The only issue was the cleaning people came knocking on the door early on departure day. Otherwise no complaints

Wonderful accommodations for our family vacation. Everyone associated with the community was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location of the unit was in a perfect location to access the beach, golf, trails, shopping and restaurants, all by golf cart. We'll be back!

Lovely updated condo in a very pretty setting! Our family enjoyed the many nice amenities offered - new golf cart that made accessing the pool, beach, shops and restaurants so easy! The condo was most comfortable with everything you’ll need in the kitchen, rooms were large and nicely decorated! We hope to come back and stay here again in the future!

Great unit with two spacious king bedrooms and one queen. The golf cart was great and made the fabulous community completely accessible using the tunnel under 98. The two pools we used were great and there was plenty of parking at the beach. We had two couples and one baby and this fit us perfectly!!

This was our first time at a Sandestin Resort. This unit is a corner unit with plenty of space, great views of lake in back, easy access to shopping. Loved the master bedroom upstairs with updated bathroom. We will certainly come back again and hopefully to stay in the same corner unit. The check out process was very easy. Oh, the golf cart was a plus. I can go on an on about this location. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience!

Lovely townhome with easy access. We visit the area every year for business but usually stay beach front. We loved being able to park at the door and not deal with elevators.

Unit was updated and very clean. Great view of the lake. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Both baths were updated. Plenty of towels.

The golf cart was a big reason I chose this unit. Was nice to get around the area in the cart. Great food access with the cart. Publix access by cart.

Golf cart registration was expired and we were pulled over. And I had a city worker knock on the door with no warning from property management. I think the property management team could have done better.

We would rent this unit again.

This isn’t our first rental with MVH, and it won’t be our last! This condo is beautifully decorated, situated in a quiet area of the resort, and was incredibly comfortable for our family. We spent two weeks enjoying all that Sandestin offers (which is a lot!). The golf cart was an added bonus!

Super clean with beautiful decor. Loved the location and quite areas. Next time we will definitely stay longer. No access to the patios from inside, but understand we don’t want anything from the outside coming in. We will definitely be back!
