Fall in love with this magnificent villa that features panoramic lake views from your private deck. Complete with an exclusive entry, the villa is located at one of the area’s most popular destinations, SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. Nestled in a serene cul de sac, you are just a short walk from the finest beaches the Emerald Coast has to offer. The rental includes a 6 seater golf cart for guest use, so traveling throughout the resort and to nearby areas for shopping and dining will be a breeze!

High ceilings surround you upon entry into the 4 bedroom + a special bunkroom, 3 bath retreat that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The spacious floor plan boasts a fully equipped, modern kitchen complete with granite countertops, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. It will be a popular spot as the group gathers for late morning brunches or afternoon snacks. The dining area and bar include enough seating for everyone to dine together. After eating, lounge awhile on the multiple seating options in the living area and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat screen television.

Downstairs, you’ll find two guest rooms featuring queen beds. Upstairs, there is another guest bedroom with two queen beds. The younger ones will love the special bunkroom, which features a twin bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds. The master suite is also upstairs and features a king bed, private balcony access, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Nothing can compete with the deck access that welcomes you directly from the oversized living room and guest bedroom. Did we also mention a private courtyard and a private lakefront deck that beckon you to spend time outdoors? This will be your home away from home in no time!

I have traveled to Sandestin a few times and we really loved this rental! The rental agency provided more starter items than we have seen with other companies. We had an issue with the golf cart battery which they responded to and repaired immediately. The house was very clean and plenty of dishes. Perfect sleeping set up for a bigger group!

Our experience was wonderful. We only stayed 3 nights but they were 3 wonderful nights. We went in September for a long girls weekend away. The home is nicely remodeled and was mostly clean. We did notice dust on the bathroom vanity lights and baseboards, but overall the home was clean. The first floor of the home gets super hot during the day this time of year because of the sun. We had plenty of towels and the home had a starter pack of laundry and dish soaps. My vacation haven did send texts to assess how our stay was going which was really nice.

Excellent property, very clean, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked were stocked well given the accommodation size. The only area of suggested improvement would be to add a few additional beach chairs, small investment goes a long way. ;-)

We've stayed in this resort multiple times, and this was our favorite home. Parking was a bit frustrating, but to no fault of homeowner or MVH. Would stay here again!

Home was perfect for our group of 10! Beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Tons of space for us to sleep and play! MVH was super helpful to us with any question or issue we had. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There were 10 of us and had plenty of room! Beds were comfy and decor was gorgeous. MVH was super accommodating with the few issues we had. Only issue was parking availability but no fault to MVH. Would absolutely book again.

This spot was perfect for our family. It was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was set up really well with plenty of cooking / dinnerware - we had a big group so we really appreciated that! One thing to note is the children's bunk room is located off of the master bathroom which was fine for our family but something other guests may want to be aware of. All around a great stay.

We celebrated Christmas at the beach this year. Beachwalk Villa 5204 was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and updated. It was a short golf cart drive to the beach, fitness center, pool, and wharf. Shopping and dining were just minutes away. The management team was responsive and professional! You won't go wrong with booking this condo!

Our only issue was the parking. They were working on alot of the townhomes and the construction crew had their vehicles and dumpsters in the parking areas and left them all night. We had to park a distance away and walk to our rental. We understand that these rentals must be maintained but maybe they could remodel when it's not as busy. Our overall stay was still good.

Very pleased with this unit. The updates were the best I’ve seen in the BWV section. The golf carts were awesome and convenient. There’s no access to the beach closet, but there was a set of chairs and umbrella and boogie boards in the fence. The beds are on the firm side, but worked for me. Would definitely stay here again.

The property had everything we wanted and more! The property was so clean and so spacious! Communication with the property management company was so easy! Our family of 7 absolutely loved this property. Everything was perfect from the communication with the property manager to the home and location itself. The listing description and pictures are spot on however it still had tge wow factor when entering the home. The home smelled brand new,it was immaculant. The decor was stylish/current and fresh. There was plenty of natural lighting which we love. They house was fully stocked with all the essential need. The beds were very comfortable. We all had the best sleep. The lines were top knotch! I can't say enough good things about this property. We loved the view on the balconies it was so peaceful and serene. The two golf carts (they look brand new) were an added benefit. It took us less than 5mins to get to the beach. They also had enough beach chairs for everyone. This property has made our #1 favorite place to stay in Sandestin.

We had a wonderful time! The unit is spacious! Love the 2 living areas. All bedrooms had their own outdoor deck, patio, or balcony. My friend had her 2 year old with her and stayed in the front ground level bedroom with patio and access to front gate - she loved being able to scoot in and out with the baby and stroller as needed without waking up or disturbing us. Beachwalk is one of our top picks in Sandestin. The golf cart is always a fun bonus. The back deck felt like we were floating on the lake overlooking the fountain! Can’t wait to return!!

There were 3 couples in our party. I loved how the condo provided three private bedroom and bath spaces. It was very close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. Before arriving the rental company called to let me know I’ve off the golf carts was in the shop and refunded part of my money. I thought that would create a problem but it worked out fine!!! We would definitely come back!

The two golf carts were a plus. The home was spacious and each room had its own bathroom, so no need to share with everyone in the house. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work in the master bath, but not a huge deal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this Beachwalk villa. The unit is showing its age but was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and other amenities. The kitchen has all basic equipment needed. Starter supplies for bath, dishwasher and laundry provided but be prepared to bring or buy spices & condiments if you plan to cook. Having the golf carts available was great although but we only used one cart once due to inclement weather. The WIFI was out when we arrived but the property managers responded promptly and when it couldn't be fixed immediately provided a mobile hot spot until it could be repaired.

Was a little nervous upon pulling up to Villa as it was clearly not ready for us. Cleaning crew was still there at 4:00 pm with at the 1st floor to go. We were able to drop bags and use the golf carts so not all bad. The Villa was very nice. Everything in working order. Beds were comfortable. Need to add a potholder as there weren't any. Since Covid we did a lot more cooking so it would have come in handy. Will will definitely be looking to book again. The Sandestin area has everything you need and the golf carts were great to have.

Condo was great for our family and my in laws. Everything we needed was available in the condo and the location was perfect. Overall the condo was clean, with some wear and tear. There was a curtain rod that was coming from the wall, but maintenance got back to us right away. The 2 golf carts were a big reason for renting this unit and they were super convenient and worked great! The only complaints we had were the beach chairs provided were mediocre and the fridge had trouble cooling especially when adding groceries. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again.

This rental has plenty of room from two families. VERY CLEAN. the two golf carts was a plus. minutes away from beach. you don't have to leave the resort for anything. Trash pickup everyday was a plus. My boys does not like the beach so they had plenty of stuff to do while the girls went to beach. My son caught his biggest..win win for all. Thanks for having us.

I absolutely loved this place. The house was very clean and comfortable. The resort was was very nice and everyone was super friendly, it’s super close to the beach and everything Destin has to offer. I would stay here again for sure.

5204 beachwalk is a great place. Gated community with guard shack. Quiet unit at end of culdesac. Nice pool within walk or golf cart ride.small shopping center walk or cart ride away, with pizza place,nice seafood restaurant, sub shop, ice cream, escape game, boutiques.
Nicely kept villa, had everything we needed including plenty of beach chairs,umbrella,etc. Nothing was old, broken, or worn out(except the outdoor hose). Relaxing big deck right on the pond. Plenty of room inside. Tvs throughout.Air conditioning worked great. We never found ourselves needing something that wasn't provided. golf carts very very helpful. we hopped in and a 3 minute ride down to beach access(with a restaurant also). Only thing I would change is that no beach towels were provided. Overall very happy with our choice. Its always stressful booking a place you've never seen before, in an area you don't know. but this one definitely didn't disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this villa. Very clean and great location. We LOVED the water view from the back deck! The golf carts were a must and were great! The only downsides: kitchen pots/pans were lacking (need more pans to cook in and of the ones there, the handles were loose on some) and the dryer took 3+ cycles to finish drying clothes. The bathrooms are in need of renovating, as well.
Otherwise, We loved this place and will be back.

Great beach rental - for a family of seven, we had plenty of room and lots of sleep options (with TVs!) for the kids. Parking was tight as all the units around us were full, but comes with vacationing in FL for the summer. My Vacation Haven was very responsive when we had an issue with the supplies in our beach closet and was taken care of immediately. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked with pots/pans and other kitchen equipment suited for large groups, but we made do with what we had. Hope to return in the fall!

Our stay was great! The house was exactly what you see in pictures. Very clean and very spacious. The two golf carts were a nice little bonus.

This was a clean, comfortable rental in Sandestin. There was plenty of room, great views off the deck and great location.

Beachwalk Villa was just what we needed! Plenty of room for us plus our 3 boys. The loft was perfect for our 12 year old. We loved the location. Two golf carts made this place! This was one of the main reason I picked 5204. The beach was only a short ride on golf cart. We never had to get in our car if we didn't want to. Everything you need or want is a golf cart ride away. We have stayed at Sandestin Beach Resort several times and this trip by far was the best! My Vacation Haven were amazing to work with while here. They were just a phone call away and always very responsive to my calls. Great Trip! Ready for next year!

Great place to stay. Not on the water, but a short ride in golf carts and you’re there. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We all had our own space and easy access to a bathroom. Only issue we had was that the grill was out of propane. I don’t remember reading that we needed to refill it ourselves, but I could be wrong. Other than that, it was great!

We loved our stay here. We had access to everything and it was just a golf cart ride away. It was very clean and my kids loved it. We did have a problem with 1 of the golf carts but it was the day before we left and we called property management company to let them know.

Great location, easy booking experience, very clean and well kept home. We used the golf carts everyday which provided easy access to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. It's about 30 mins away from Harborwalk in Destin but the Sandestin Resort area has everything you need. The pictures are exactly what you get! I will defiantly recommend this Villa to family and friends.
